I am very disappointed in Zerorez & do not recommend them to anyone. They do not stand behind what they tell you. They were over 3 1/2 hours late & then told me I had the wrong time, but I have the email from them proving our time slot. I was quoted $229 w/ tax to clean the carpets/tile of my elderly friends senior living apt. & they ended up charging $282. They would not honor the price we were given & I have emailed the company, spoken to 2 employees & requested for the owner to call me, which he hasnt. I saw this company endorsed on Good Morning *****, so I thought they were a reputable company. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services.

We've used Zero Rez a couple of times in the past. Recently booked online like we normally do and they showed up and quoted ** almost DOUBLE what was quoted online for the same services we'd had done previously. While trying to resolve, called the company and spoke with someone that said she was going to call us back, never did and then we called back in and spoke to a supervisor (*****) - meanwhile the technician drove off. This was all after they arrived late for the time we had booked. We were unable to get the quote closer to what they quoted ** online and the technician did not allow ** to try and rectify the situation before deciding to leave. I would NOT recommend this location at all.

Getting your carpet cleaned with Zerorez? Better read about my experience with this company. After the Zerorez carpet technician cleaned my carpets and moved on to his next job, I noticed a trail of spots on our wood floors from our stairs, through the family and living rooms, to the front door. I figured the technician's equipment had spilled some water. No problem, the spots will dry out just as water spots always do on these floors. By that evening the spots had not dried--they were stains. I followed their trail once again; this time out the front door. The trail continued across the grass to the driveway where the technician parked his truck. The grass was burned white for each spilled drop of whatever the technician was using and ending in a big dead grass area. I figure anyone can make a mistake, so I called the local Zerorez franchise to have them get rid of the stains. I looked up the company on the web and found that "Zerorez offers a 30-day Gotta Love It Guaranteeâ„¢. If, within 30 days of your appointment, you're unsatisfied with your Zerorez Experience--for any reason at all--we will gladly return and re-treat the areas you're unhappy with." To make a long story short, the Zerorez base manager came out and did a few tests. He assured me that "we can get the stains out" and that our issue was his "top priority." After 4 days I texted the base manager. No response. After a week I called him and left another text message. No response. Finally got any email saying that our floors were the problem, not Zerorez. So much for the Gotta Love It Guaranteeâ„¢. Manager finally offered me $100 to shut up. Would rather inform potential customers about this horrible experience than pocket chump change. Owner of flooring company came out and surveyed the damaged. He said that he would sue Zerorez for entire wood floor replacement.

Have been using Zerorez for years, we have been satisfied until now. They were misleading with charges. Booked a three room cleaning for $229 and was charged $283. The Irvine location we used said it was for 3 spots needed extra cleaning for $30 each. Unfortunately I had to go to work and my wife just went along with it. No receipt and they signed my wife's name. Not sure I will use again. Technician was great!
