I am ****** the f*** off. I sent AMS $261 on January 13th, and they never received my money order. This is ******** because now a collection agency is sweating the f*** out of me. Why are these people playing games with my money? Next step, Ill have a warrant out for my arrest. Where are my two money orders American Municipal Services? AMS STATES I HAD A SPEEDING TICKET IN ******** AND REPORTED THIS TO THE CALIFORNIA DMV AND NOW I HAVE TO SPEND TIME TO GET THIS CORRECTED BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO, LIVED IN, RECEIVED A DRIVERS LICENSE FROM OR KNOW ANYONE WHO LIVES IN ********. I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY AND THEY HAVE NOT FORWARDED ANY LEGITIMATE INFORMATION REGARDING A SPEEDING TICKET FROM 2017. AMS WAITED OVER 5 YEARS TO REPORT THIS THE CALIFORNIA DMV. The notice that *** received in the mail only had the number to the AMS, I called and they told me I have an active warrant. I have absolutely no idea what its from or anything. It only states how much I owe, $695.00!! What kind of citation costs that much??Review from Jan B

Idk these people. Never had any debt with them and yet they harrass ** out of me. I'm about to file charges. This is ridiculous. On CLAIMS that a 12 year old debt wasn't paid to someone else. That's too old to try to collect on something that was taken care of 12 years ago and because I don't have a 12 yo receipt I get harassed and expected to pay it again.

We have thoroughly searched our records and do not show a *** ****** as ever having contact with this company. We do have a file on a **** * ****** and thought that maybe her middle name was *** and she was using it as her first name, but she states in her review that her zip code is XXXXX which is in Kewadin, MI and **** * ****** lives in zip code XXXXX in Mississippi so it must not be her. We have never had a matter for anyone from zip code XXXXX. Sorry I can't be more helpful as we have a company policy of resolving problems and certainly do not want to be part of the problem.Customer Response

You are the problem. You harassing people and don't them. Now people have this person's full name and zip code. I pray no one hacks their credit card info or identity. You shouldn't be allowed to do that. Just as you shouldn't harass people and claim you know who they are when they are tired of you calling. Not to mention collections are supposed to be reported to credit bureaus and you do not. Convenient scammer.
