    I purchased the tv on September 6, 2023. I spoke to **** previously and I informed him that I had and outdoor TV with Sylvox and I had to keep sending it back. **** informed me that the Titan tv also had a 1 year warranty and I will not have any problem with exchanging the tv if it has any problems. A week after I put the tv up the tv would not come on. I let **** know and he said go on the website upload the pics requested and they will provide another tv. Since the winter came I didn't want the tv to be out there all winter so when spring was approaching I notified **** and they haven't exchanged the tv yet. Someone sent me an email that said they would exchange the tv if I paid them *******. I replied why would I pay for a tv that is under warranty. No one has replied since April 26,2024. I don't want to go back and forth any more. I prefer a refund, thanks.

    **************** had purchased and outdoor TV from Titan in September of 2023. TV was delivered in September of that year. Customer stated that the shipping company had delivered it two doors down and was later retrieved.Customer called stating that there was an issue with TV not turning on. We stated that we could do a shipping claim since most likely this was caused by that,and once submitted a new TV would be sent out. After some time trying to reach the customer due to time limitations set by the shipping company the insurance company would need photos and information from the customer. ****** ********************** TVs has been trying to reach the customer over and over to submit this information that is required by the insurance company and had not returned any calls or emails. Customer refused to return any of our calls. And so, the ***************** closed the case on October of 2023.
    Customer contacted ********************** in April of 2024 submitting a claim that was required by the insurance company back in September of 2023 and was denied due to no response. All paperwork is included on every Titan Outdoor TV with instructions for warranty claims and insurance claims and ****************** refused to follow up on the insurance request for documents and photos by not responding to any request.  
    This is an insurance claim from a third-party provider. Titan Outdoor TVs has no part in deciding the outcome of a claim and can only help with the process. Currently the insurance company had closed the case and cannot be reopened since it has past the time frame that is printed on the outside of the box and all the paperwork provided inside the box.
    We are truly sorry for what had happened due to the shipping company but, we been trying to contact the customer repeatedly with no response.
