ZERO,**** at this school. Roxie ***** false advises students w/ manipulation &intimidation tactics to obtain their money. I requested an new instructor after being asked many times to come in for additional help while going through a death in my family. (I signed up for online 100%, advised multiple times I was dealing with a death &would come in once I could) Roxie stated she did not appreciate me asking for a new instructor &that everyone is dealing with life however I made a commitment not her also do not know your personal situation as i am not an instructor so I assume you are reaching out because you are behind (which I was not) and to be clear and concise when addressing me as I am not up to speed on your individual experience" in more comments from Roxie stating She has her eye lash extension license &that due to my comments I was dismissed from the school.I finished the program since I only had a few weeks left. (No contact or apology from Roxie,her instructors only reached out to me)on my last week of school I received email frm Roxie stating my work would not be graded until I paid the remaining balance off due to 80% of students were defaulting on pymt plans due too many scholarships that lowered the schools revenue laying off employees they no longer were going to spend time on students who were going to have a balance at the end of the program&when I could pay my full balance I could complete my last week.Per TDLR she couldnt withhold my earned credits &hours I was allowed to complete my last week.She will ask you to REMOVE reviews if they are negative. She does not follow TDLR laws and she is rude and the school procedures are unorganized
