    Started a lease with GM financial in August 2023. Northpark had a promotion of car washes through Wash Tub for a year. We did not receive these services. When picking up the truck, a ding to the paint that scratched through was visible on the passenger front door and above the gas lid cover had visible scratches. The sales person which were handed off to said he would inform our original sales person and took pictures, as did we and said it would be taken care of, scratches and dings repaired. Called the dealership and salesperson ****** and stated her would call us back. Nothing has been done. I want repair of the vehicle damage that was done at the dealership as promised at the time of pick up and purchase as well as Tub Wash membership from a year of issuance. Dealership nor salesperson has contacted us.

    My wife bought a truck for me last October she was referred to the salesman by my son who had bought a truck from ***************************. Because of my sons referral he was to get a $100 for the referral. I have spoken to 3 sales managers and the salesman and according to all of them, they would look into it. My last contact with a sales manager was on July 29. He said he would check into and get back to me that day. He didnt and when I called him on same day, he said a check would be made out on Monday, July 31. As of August 4 he has not received the promised $100.

    placed a custom car order on Oct 21st. Was told I was going to be a $500 refundable deposit. I was told it was refundable on the conditions IF the car did not come in a week before Christmas which was verbally quoted by salesman or was not picked up by production in a timely manner. it has since, since order date still sat in **** which is code for accepted. But not has yet hit the factory line. I have been contacting the dealership for a week to cancel my order I have been ignored by **************** manager. I feel like they are trying to wait it out so the car can hit the production line and they do not have to refund me the $500. Please act as a mediator to resolve this issue.
