    I purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 8/9/2021. The vehicle only had 122 miles on it when I purchased it. In addition I purchased an extended warranty from the dealership directly for approximately $2800.00. The warranty was a bumper to bumper for 7 years or up to ******* miles. When the vehicle was sold to me it was a "lifted vehicle" with oversized tires. On 10/15/2024 I took the vehicle for service the the selling dealer for front end repairs for check engine lights, transmission problems, loss of power, ball joints, front wheel hubs. The dealer was backed up with a long wait time so I went to ***************** Dodge in *********** which is within a reasonable distance. They repaired everything with the exception of the hubs, ball joints that were suppose to be covered by the extended warranty sold by **** Maxwell Dodge. The reason given was that the vehicle was lifted and had oversized tires. I explained I purchased the vehicle this way directly from the dealer who also sold me the extended warranty. I was told that the warranty did not covered a lifted vehicle with oversized tires. The people at IPAC Dodge stated the extended warranty sold by the original dealer did not have an "endorsement" to cover the lifted parts. So I feel I was misled by the original dealer and not given the opportunity to purchase the additional coverage. I feel that the selling dealer should cover the repairs for the non covered items due to their negligence in not offering me all the options the extended warranty could have provided me.

    I purchased so many protections on my car. I purchased warranty, etc. Ive been having issue with one of my rims, I was told by *** that my rim would be replaced. *** said hed call me when it was in, never heard from him again. I go to get an oil ************** said my windshield would be replaced at no cost, hed call me when it came in. Never heard from him again. Called to complain, never heard back. Manager **** left me a voicemail, I returned his call twice- never called me back. I called again on ***** asking to speak with *****- receptionist stated shed give him the message-never received a call back. Ive called two other ************** been contacted

    I am rejecting this response because: This complaint went to the wrong dealership location. The problem dealership is located in Castroville **. I was told by my warranty place that I will not be getting my refund due to paid claims. And the dealership never communicated that to us after emailing and leaving messages. If the dealership hadn't sold us a problem vehicle my warranty shouldn't had payed to have it fixed. The vehicle should have been inspected carefully and in better condition before they sold it. We had the vehicle 2 days before we noticed problems. The ** gave us a hard time throughout the process. And when fixed he told my ex-husband in front of my son that they should part ways now. That's very rude and unbelievable to have known that was said to them. We will never forget this experience because it was very hurtful and tromatic.

    I bought a 2023 dodge charger sxt. The car been making noise and the handle on the side of the car is jammed. I didnt even want this car anymore. The car doesnt even ride smoothly like my old Altima. I was trying to return the vehicle within 48 hours and the dealership falsely stat that it not returnable. Im very depressed about this situation and I just want to return this car and get my money back and cancel the loan. I cant not afford to keep this car and not be happy at the same time. I have a infant daughter and when I bought the car they took advantage of that situation despite having post partum depression

    As my management has previously explained we do not have a refund/return period. We will always love to help any of our customers if they have issues with there purchases. The issues she states she is having with the vehicle would most likely be covered by her manufacturers warranty. The car she traded has already been titled and paid off. Again we would love to help her with any issues she is having with her vehicle.

    I am rejecting this response because: They lied to me just to make a sale. They were even suppose to mail me a refund check of ****. They need to get this car back and give me my money back or its suing them for damages.

    I would love to have a more detailed conversation about how you are alleging we lied to you. I also can check into any refunds owed and where the were sent, depending on lien holder situations they are sent to the lien holder to determine if they are applied to the balance of the loan or to the customer. Further more we have numerous safeguards and practices in place that make sure we follow every regulatory requirements and laws for ourselves and the consumer.

    Date of transaction- 11/8/22 The amount of money paid to the business- $1595.56 What the business committed to provide me- ******* tank by replacing tank. What the nature of the dispute is that I was advised steps needed to be taken to see what the issues is. The first step didn't fix the problem so I was advised that the first part was going to be taken care of but I interpret that to be everything that was included with the first "part" which includes the installation charge of over $550 dollars. I was lead to believe that was goimg to be waived. Instead, it was added to everything else at the end of the actual fix. I spoke with ****** but he was no help. In fact when I advised I was going to open a BBB complaint, he essentially made me feel that I was going to waste my ti,e. In fact, he had the nerves to tell me that the BBB is only in existence for the money. How he had the nerves to say that when he works for a company that charges their customers for work that didn't need fixing but made a point to say that the charge is applied to the consumer. So in fact he works for a company that does the same things he complained the BBB for. This was my first time dealing with them and it will be my last. Word of mouth will play a big part on how ill move forward with reviews on **** Maxwell CDJR in castorvill.

    We spoke with the customers numerous times on this issue, he has threatened a BBB complaint unless we change his bill. We explained to him and even offered to review the 3 phone calls where he clearly authorized the charges for the work performed. He feels he shouldn't pay for a charge due to the fact it didn't provide the exact fix for his vehicle. On the phone call we explained that there is a chance the first recommended fix from Mopar might not fix the problem, but that's where they told us to start. When we called him back to authorize the next step, we clearly told him that we saved him money on the first job by not using a part that wouldn't have fixed the issue. They customer is Upset first that Mopar won't cover the fix, even though he is clearly way past his warranty miles, and second is saying he didn't authorize paying for the first job due to it not working. He kept threating over and over again BBB action and that we will be sued, and again we offered to review the calls together.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Whoever responded to this message has lied about me making comments that I was threatening to **** If this is ******, then him lying only talks on his integrity. ****** made himself clear that customer service was not a priority for him and his business hes running. Hes so in tune that It was clearly communicated that I was going to be responsible for the fee. I asked him to send me a copy of the calls but he stated he needed to get approvals from legal. He never offered to sit and listen to the calls. Again, talks about his integrity and character. If it was as clear as you claim it to be, this whole conversation wouldnt exist.

    The only resolution Im interested in is to refund me the install fee for a part that didnt need replacing. But, ****** is into his money and numbers for his business that he forgot what customer service looks like. 

    This has been by far the worst customer service Ive experienced in years. 

    My suggestion is that you have a sit down with your techs and let them know to choose their words wisely enough that no other consumers would fall for this You approved the work so now youre responsible for paying for a fix that didnt need fixing.
