    I ordered a radio strap June 20th 2024 , the website says it could take up to 16 weeks to make product, its been well over 16weeks , I have prepaid for this item , I have sent several several emails to this company and only had 1 response and that was on October 17th that my item would be shipped in a few days , it is now October 30th and I have not seen the product , I emailed again 2 days ago with no response , I have took screen shots of the item I paid for and also screen shots of the emails Ive sent and the one I received.

    I paid for my order on 4-17-24 and still have not gotten it yet. They will not return my emails or calls. I either want my order or my money back. They just took my money and not giving me my product or money back.

    I ordered the ***************** Strap System on 2/21/2024, I have still not recieved it on 9/17/2024 I recieved an email stating it was in production on 3/9/24 I requested an update on 4/12/24 Recieved a generic email that it was in production on 4/17/24 Requested another update on 5/22/24 Recieved an email stating that there was delays in production on 6/7/24 I requested information on the time frame of delay on 6/25/24 I recieved no response so I requested another update on 8/5/24 I recieved an email on 8/6/24 with an expected shipping date of 8/16/24 As of 9/17/24, I have still not recieved the product that has already been paid for.

    I ordered the ***************** Strap System through Bucket Brigade USA back on December 4, 2023. It is now June 23, 2024, and I still dont have the strap system. Here are the following updates I have received since ordering.- 12/18/23 - My order was being made, there is a 8-12 week turn around time.- 12/22/23 - End of year announcement. The company was no longer making bunker gear products. However, they had enough fabric inventory to fulfill all current orders, which would include my order placed on 12/4/23.- 1/18/24 - My order was being made, now there was a 8-16 week turnaround time. - 1/31/24 - Orders were now taking longer to make, longer than the 8-12 week period.- 3/26/24 - I emailed them and asked for an update, as I hadnt heard anything since - 1/31/24. Have not received a response since then, its been almost 5 months since I sent that email. - 6/23/24 - I asked for another update, maybe Ill get a response, but im not holding my breath. - 6/23/24 - I emailed Bucket Brigade USAs parent company, Fire Melon USA LLP, and I got an immediate response saying my message could not be delivered because the address may not exist.

    On August 11, 2023, I ordered a SCBA Bag via the online site for $44.95. The ad specified that items were made to order and could take 8-10 weeks. By November, I had not received the item and emailed for guidance. Company responded that they were having staffing and other issues and would process the order shortly. On January 18, 2024, I received an email stating the order was in production. I have emailed the company 3 times since then with no response and no item delivered.

    I put in an order for a one ***************** Strap System at a total cost of $120.89. The company stated on their web site that the order would be fulfilled 8 - 12 weeks after purchase. I placed the order on June 18 2023, to date of this complaint I have received nothing (over 18 weeks now). I have received a couple of emails with reasons for the delay. I have sent them 3 emails asking for a date of when my one item would be ready, I asked for refund, then I asked to be compensated for the wait (a percentage off or something) They have not answered a single email back. They promptly took my money and have given me nothing.
