    I purchased an international driver's license, for my son ******** *******, from the International Driving Authority on February 29th, 2024, because he was traveling to ***** to see my family, and I wanted him to have a way to get around. I have previously purchased an international license from them in 2021, so I thought they were legit. I paid $79.00 by ******, and was issued the driver's license. I had also purchased a license for me back in December 2021, in the amount of $24.99. The problem came when my son got pulled over in *****, and the police accused him of providing a false document, and is now waiting for his court hearing, where he is being accused of committing a crime, by providing false documentation. I have tried to contact the business, but it is just an automated line, and they suggest that I contact them by email. I contacted the local BBB to assist me here in ***********, has tried to find that business, and it seems to be a scam, because the address shows that is an apartment complex. One my son was pulled over, the police told him that it was a fake license and is now being accused of providing a fraudulent document, which it's a crime, and he might have to serve time and pay a hefty fine.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My son got issued a ticket for him to appear in court. Based on what the police said, he will have to get an attorney and appear in court. Because he used a fraudulent document, he could serve time in jail and also get a fine of ****** Euros.

    As we communicated previously: please share the photo of the police protocol. We need to be sure that your son had his ************** driving license with him while **********************. As *** does not work as a stand-alone document. And this might be a reason of the fine.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My son did have his South Carolina license with him. They still said that because he presented a fraudulent document, that he would have to go to court, and possibly serve time and pay a fine.

    The document I sent yesterday, that was the police "ticket" informing him of the infraction/crime he committed. I am going to attach it again for your convenience.

    My son Shawneil is going to have to go to court, and can possibly be incarcerated, as well as having attorney's fees and a fine. I won't know how much those expenses are going to be until the court hearing. The court hearing has not been scheduled yet. Once I have more information, I will let you know.
