I put in a drop request once I found out they are not a credited school and dont give me my dental assistant license. I attended one class and have been waiting on my refund. They do not answer phone calls and are very short and rude when they do. They have no actual address or email which makes it even more concerning. They also will not let you talk to the financial department as well. I feel as this place needs to be shut down and not allow to have a business license.

They sent an invoice this morning but as stated and can take a few days to be back in the bank.

They've got **** from me and I can't even get into my lessons. ***** dental assisting school is who they are affiliated with.

***** was enrolled and attending our dental assistant training at ************ Assistant School.  She was dropped for nonpayment of tuition, but her tribal career counselor emailed Zollege, confirming the tribe would pay for her training if she provided the billing statement and transcript.  It appears that ***** didn't follow through, so she still owes for tuition (although the amount has been reduced).  We emailed her tribal career counselor, ******** *****, today (11-20-24) to inquire about the possibility that ***** might want to re-enroll and complete the training, since the tribe would pay for it.  Zollege has done everything possible to be helpful to Amber:  reducing her tuition amount owed, as well as advocating for her to complete training that her tribe is willing to pay for.
