I recently visited (*************) for a treatment, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Instead of focusing on providing information and education on treatment the staff was more interested in upselling me on a very pricey package I did not need. The treatment itself didn't meet expectations and the pressure to spend more was off-putting in the end. I value genuine care and TRANSPARENCY, neither of which I found here. I won't be returning and they were not able to do anything for me but give me cents of a credit, which I don't need because I will not be returning. Do your research before you visit or commit to a package and read the fine print, they will do anything to upsell you. BEWARE and take your time, wish I would have known this.Review from Jennifer J

This is a HORRIBLE place. They performed various procedures on me, all of which were completely ineffective and refused to remedy the situation, and when I filed at BBB, they responded by making up completely outrageous lies about me. I mean it was so over the top and unprofessional, I couldn't even believe it. This is a very dishonest and predatory corporation. DO NOT SEEK THEIR SERVICES. I'm sure they will respond to this with the same lies: everything from the timing of my first complaint to things I supposedly said and did, none of which were true. It was the most desperate attempt at saving face that I have ever experienced. There is no limit to how low they will stoop. For the record, this is the only company that is so bad I had to file with BBB. They're also the only company I've ever left negative Yelp and ****** reviews for. It takes a lot for me to go to such extremes, but these people are straight up nefarious.
