AWFUL MOVING EXPERIENCE WITH SQUARE COW MOVERS! It has been a little more than two weeks since my move and I have yet to receive any claim paperwork or a refund as promised. Square Cow was referred to me by a friend who had a good experience. They were anything but professional for my move. To begin with, they called me an hour before they were supposed to arrive and said they were down one mover, handicapping the move efficiency and timing from the start. What is typically a 20-minute drive from their location in ************* to my downtown building took them nearly an hour, and then another 30-minutes for these bozos to find the loading dock because they failed to listen to explicit directions six times and didn't read the email with instructions! One of the movers smelled like he didn't shower for a week and showed up absolutely filthy. Neither of them worked together like a team and they damaged four pieces of my expensive furniture. Additionally they damaged beautiful new hardwood floors by failing to protect them. My mirror frame is pitted because they put it on concrete and did not wrap it. They had NO RESPECT FOR MY PERSONAL PROPERTY! I moved less than 2.5 miles yet they took nearly 40 minutes to make a stop for gas and continued to waste time. To cap things off after they finished brining things into the new apartment, they shook a vinyl floor roll full of dust and debris all over my new apartment, creating a mess of dirt and dust. I couldn't be more disgusted with these movers and this deplorable company, incredibly awful service and failed promises for any refund. I have given up on wasting my time with claim paperwork because I am so upset and will be telling everyone in my network just how terrible my experience was so others don't go through the same nonsense and stress.

****** and ***** were the absolute best! I cant think of anything that I would have wanted done that they didnt do excellently and efficiently. **** and his team were so pleasant to work with! We have moved 10 times in 15 years due to the military and this was the smoothest compared to what we are used to. They were professional and fun from start to finish. Some movers treat your household items like a burden, but this team gave the impression of moving their grandmother's furniture; with care and consideration. I was impressed and because they worked hard, and got the job done fast, the cost was even less expensive than we budgeted for. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!Square Cow Moovers Response

From start to finish, Square Cow was undoubtedly the best moving company I've ever experienced. Every interaction with their team, whether via phone, in person, or various communication channels like email, text, and their user-friendly website tools and reminders, was absolutely wonderful. The level of service I received was exceptional, leaving me thoroughly impressed.This move was for my 75-year-old mother, relocating from ***** to **********. This moving company is the absolute worst, PLEASE DON'T USE! Not only did they extremely damage our expensive personal items from pool table, beds, handmade desk, ****************.... they also lost many items. In addition, they were unprofessional, disrespectful and unethical, all the way up to the owner, *********************. To top it off, I had to *** them in court, which concluded with a judgement in my favor, which now they won't pay........Review from Michael P
