The first lady lied to us, told us that we need to make an appointment to have our water tested. she made it seem like she was with the city. come to find out the next day a salesman shows up to sell me a water softener. It took two hours for him to give up on trying to sell us . The one star is for the lady lying about just coming to test the water and not saying nothing about it being a salesman trying to sell a water softener.Review from Esmeralda R

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism with of Aqua Life. They came to service my water softener unit. They got me on the schedule and ****** a week and they were very professional.. ***** the service tech did an exceptional job and tested my water and let me know that my unit was functioning as advertised. I want to give you all a shout out! I had a great service call experience with Anthony. He’s been the best technician we had come by from Aqualife. Kudos on your company for hiring such an amazing team member. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. It was a pleasure having him service the water filter and water softener. We had a great experience with the Service Technician *******. He was very professional and told us what he was doing and why. He serviced the water softener in the garage and water purification unit in the kitchen. Also, he gave us information as to what we should expect during the next annual service. I got sold a water softener system that I payed cash for it.I got promise soaps. Detergent etc..Its been 1 year and no products..I keep getting the round around from the techs.Ive gotten scheduled and re-schedule 3 times and every time I miss work.Apparently something always happens to the techs before the appointment.. am I ever going to get service or get the products that essentially I payed for.. Thank god my water softener has not had any problems.. I would of have to pay out of pocket for any issues because this company does not have liable technicians.. worse thing is that I referred and encourage family members and friends to get the water softener. I got re-schedule again..Review from Jose M

***** was very professional and answer all my questions before even asking. As a first time home owner and not knowing anything about the system I have in my home, he definitely took the time to explain to me what things needed to get done and what I could do to make sure my system is on top notch. Thank you again for the great service. I will be using Aqua Life to do my yearly service.
