            Yes, this business is harassing my references to contact me despite my communication with them regularly regarding making a late fee payment. The issue at hand is, this company will not take my debit card transaction due to it being my personal business account and forces me to travel ************************************************************************************************* addition to having my phone contact, the company is also able to text me and email information if they need to communicate as well. I have asked them to reconsider their policy or be patient as I fulfill my obligation to them. However, they state they are unable to change their policies. Please be advised I find their practices antiquated and discourteous to customers who are only trying to meet their requirements. Is there any relief possible. I have asked them to refrain from harassing my references as I have not ignored my obligation to them. Respectfully, **** A. ****, ************.

            I keep receiving past due notices for an account that I never opened. I had never even heard of Toledo Finance. If they show a loan in my name, its fraudulent and identity theft.

            This business opened a fraudulent loan in my name where the individual was using a fake ID. They called several times and when I spoke to them to try and resolve the issue they said we dont have to talk to you about this since you dont have a loan here. However, they opened a loan in my name and are reporting it to my credit.

            Toledo Finance is currently investigating **************** complaint.  So far have determined that it is very likely that his identity was stolen and used by another individual to take out a loan with our company. We have removed this tradeline from his credit report and we are working with authorities to help resolve this unfortunate situation.  ************ is welcome to contact our corporate office at ************ if there is anything further we can do.
