I have been issued a charge for damage not caused by myself or roommates at The Reserve at College Station. I have followed all of the instructions to filing a dispute and they have not followed their end. They included on the statement that I would get a response in 72 hours. It has been a week and a half. I have tried calling, emailing the proper email address and emailing the property manager. Below is the email I have sent 3 times explaining the circumstances and issue. My name is ********************* and I am emailing to dispute a charge that was given for damage. Firstly, the address listed on the Move-Out statement is incorrect, and I will not be paying charges that are not correctly addressed. For the common area damage that is depicted on the statement, this damage was never present when I lived in the house or moved out of the house. When we moved into the house in 2020, there was a plastic wall protector behind our door that was cracked and broken. Upon moving out, this plastic piece still remained in the wall. I previously emailed the property manager if I would be able to schedule a walk-through so that I could be present when any damage was documented. This request was denied, therefore another reason I will not be paying any fee for damage that is claimed to be my doing when I was not present. I have attached several photographs of the broken wall protector that was present 100% of the time that I lived in and removed my belongings from ******************.. I have also included a screenshot of the plastic piece that was put behind our door that costs around $4 from Lowes. This damage, while not being paid for by myself or my roommates, is listed as $150 per roommate. The Reserve will not get away with scamming myself or my roommates of a collective $600 for damage not caused by us.Please get back to me as soon as possible with these charges removed.

Thank you for sending this over. I have been in contact with ***********. I have also sent her over the report have attached below for the pictures of the unit as why it was full paint in the common area. I have also attached a highlighted invoice from our contractors that the unit was a full paint. She is claiming the full paint was for the hole behind the door which it is not it is from scuffs and stains on the wall. Please see the last page. A full paint is $600 in the common which is what we are charging the residents. A full paint in the bedroom is $175
