We bought a new construction single family home from Stylecraft while out of state (military family). We have remotely purchased homes before and never had an issue. However, with Stylecraft we have had to place over 10 repair requests, the bathrooms dont have a towel rack/hooks, appliances are low grade, bathroom entry doors are small (small pantry size- they claim it was built to plans, they know its an issue it wont fix it), lead project manager Mr. *********** ******** completely avoids us to address concerns, etc. We will NEVER buy a home from Stylecraft again.

Worst service unprofessional staff, 0 We move from ********** to *******, *****, and when we first met ********************** Sales Executive at Stylecraft on February 27, 2024, we chose the lot for our new home. However when i sought to enter into a contract ******* claimed that it was not necessary at this time because we still had a few months. My worry that she would sell the lot to a different buyer, but she informed me that the only one who could sell the lot was herself, and she would not do it behind our backs. With that in mind, I returned to ********** to prepare my property for sale. ******* had sold the land just a few days before we moved to ***** without contacting to advise me that the lot had been sold. Also, her Regional Manager ******* sent a very unprofessional email to my realtor, which i believe to be inappropriate and insulting especially coming from a Regional Manager. As you can expect, I will not be working with this builder; however, I feel that BBB should be aware of this, as this is not how a business should be handled and I am confident the BBB will not be pleased with how they treated me and the rude email.

If I could, I would give this business a zero star. I purchased my home on June 23, 2021, before moving in there were so many issues. We were told all these things would be fixed and completed by the time we moved in, well that didn't happen. Our master-bath room shower floor was installed incorrectly, the second bath floor is not leveled, our air conditioner has gone out four times, some of our cabinet doors were scrapped, dishwasher, blinds, flooring, backsplash, and so many more things that are still wrong today. When we talk to them they say we are sorry it is our mistake but now we can't do anything about our flooring. They took our joy and excitement away when we walked into our home after signing and saw that the home was in the same condition and not clean. You go online to the warranty department and place a ticket and just wait on someone to come out. Then when that person comes out they are there to just look at the issue and then wait for someone else to come out to fix the work (place a bandage on it) on the ticket. Some tickets we placed we are still waiting and it's been months. We are being told it's a shortage in supplies or this ticket was forgotten. So many excuses. I would NEVER recommend Stylecraft Builders to anyone. This is a company that does not stand behind its word of conduct; "Stylecraft Builders cares about your experience with your new home and is here to help address any issues you may encounter." This is an untrue statement!
