Its never pleasant to hear that your pool needs to be redone. Building/redoing a pool is a stressful project. But Sunshine Fun Pools made the process much easier and less daunting. They worked closely with us at every step of the process. They patiently answered our many questions and were always willing to gather the whole team for a meeting when we were unsure about something. Honestly, you dont see that kind of customer service much these days. And they work with the best subcontractors as well, so you can always expect a high-quality product. And the cost of the project was much lower than we dared allow ourselves to hope when we discovered the extent of the issue with our pool. They worked their butts off to get the project completed within a very short timeline to meet our needs. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Sunshine Fun Pools.

We love the pool that Sunshine Fun Pools built for us. We decided to have a freeform pool with an attached spa. The salesman took a concept of what we wanted and designed exactly what we had in mind. The design tools he used helped us to see how the pool would look in our back yard. He met with us to discuss aesthetic and functional options to fit within our overall budget. Through the planning process, he not only designed the pool, but he made sure that the finished pool would not cause any issues with the way rainwater drains from our patio and yard.Throughout the construction process, the salesman and the project manager, were always available to address any concerns we had. They gave us a good understanding of what to expect throughout the construction process. The process took a little longer than we had originally hoped, but there was about a month of constant rainy weather that caused the delay. Other than that, the construction went very smoothly. The contractors working on the pool were always courteous and thoughtful. Once concern we had was that during the construction process, we needed to have a temporary fence in place so that our two small dogs would not get out of the back yard. The construction workers took time every day to replace the temporary fence as we requested with no issues.As we were deciding whether to hire Sunshine Fun Pools to build our pool, we talked to a neighbor who had a pool built by them about 5 years ago. One of the things that the neighbor said about the company is that they were very impressed with the responsiveness of people from Sunshine Fun Pools whenever they had any questions, even long after the pool was installed. We have found the people to be most helpful in guiding us through the process, and we expect they will continue to help us out if we have questions.We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment and relaxation with the pool and gladly recommend Sunshine Fun Pools to anyone considering one.

First time pool owner here! Let me just say first off that we have not regretted hiring Sunshine pools to build our outdoor oasis! After Summer of 2022, we knew that we needed some escape to the heat but also be able to enjoy the outdoors. I reached out to ******, who was very punctual with his response and stopped by later that week. We were able to design that day a pool we all knew would fit our needs. ******, with his skill and know-how was able to take our vague idea of what we envisioned and make it into exactly what we wanted. He listened to every thought and vision we had, and was able to help us make our dreams come true!Once we had decided upon a layout we all liked, ****** was on it! His ability to take our visions on paper, and turn them into a 3D rendition was absolutely amazing! Not only did we see how the pool would look when you where right next to it, but also from within our home, from the road all the things we didnt take into consideration!Sunshine pools also uses equipment and products to ensure you arent spending a fortune on chemicals and maintenance. This was greatly appreciated since it was already a large expense.Upon breaking ground time, I was introduced to ****, our Project Manager. **** walked me through every step, and was always available for a text or call. He ensured his crew was always on time, respected our property and did nothing but the best quality work. I appreciated his tenacity for perfection, when it came to such a large investment for me and our family. **** always made me feel like I was his top priority, and was always happy to reply to my many questions. Our pool was built start to finish in less than 6 weeks. While that is not the normal, it shows how effective **** and his team are!Sunshine fun pools have not only built exactly what we hoped, but also exceeded our expectations throughout the process. You will not be disappointed!

The pool built is absolutely beautiful. The timeline told to us was met and work completed ahead of schedule. Everyone from sales person to ******* to workers and office staff were very friendly and really knew their jobs. The continued staff support is very comforting to a first time pool owner. Absolute wonderful experience.

We were very pleased with the service ******* and the folks at Sunshine Fun Pools provided. They were dependable, stuck to their time lines and finished on schedule. Their workmanship was excellent and I was pleased with the rapport we had with them. The construction industry as a whole is infamous for not being dependable with deadlines and projected completion dates, but ******* was attentive and seemed to really care about customer service. He was out here almost daily and we loved his genuine concern that we were satisfied. This was an excellent business experience for us!

I am in the building industry and Sunshine Fun Pools built my personal pool in 2019. Our experience was great. The design team and contractors were spot on with communication and professionalism. This is our 3rd swim season with the pool and my family loves every bit of it. Sunshine Fun Pools has been great with service after the sale with our family as well as the many families we know that have built with them. They are locally owned and follow through on the warranty of their products and they help educate on how to care for your pool as well.There are several good pool builders in our area but when I am asked I always recommend Sunshine from my personal experience and the dozens I know who have their pools as well.
