They lied straight to my face while looking me in the eye telling me my transmission fluid was dark and hadn't been serviced. It had been serviced about 40,000 - 50,000 miles ago and my transmission fluid was crystal clear before taking my truck in to them. They also said my oil was 1 and a half quarts low which I believe to be false as I check my fluids. That's how I know they lied to me about the condition of my transmission fluid. I assume they lied about the other "fixes" which didn't fix anything. Scammed me out of $1300.Their address is off by a block and their phone number is different on their recent from what show on the BBB website. Also, ***** likes to make stabbing "jokes" to female customers as he did me. He also bad mouths clients after he gets off the phone with them. I should've seen all the red flags but I was hopefult to get my vehicle fixed.

Unhelpful, took over 6 weeks, left my car unlocked allowing items to be stolen from it, overcharged.Had an emergency break down and needed to drop my car off after hours for clutch repair. Left the car locked and closed with the keys in the drop box. It took them over 6 weeks, during which time they broke parts, had to order new parts to replace them (which they tried to charge me for) and refused to be consistent with communication. Numerous times I'd call to check on the car, get the standard "I'll call you back in a few hours to let you know" and would never hear from them. When they finally "finished" the car over 6 weeks later and we picked it up, it was overcharged and underwhelming.On top of that, expensive items (a leather bag and a ********* tablet) were missing from my back seat. I took a couple weeks to search for the items before jumping to the conclusion that they had been stolen from the shop, and finally contacted the shop. After getting another "I'll call you right back" followed by radio silence, I got to talk to a women who told me that the time elapsed between picking up the car and making a report left her with nothing to do. She also told me that they left my car unlocked the whole time because my "locks didn't work". My locks are fully functional, which I told her, and have to be locked with the keys from the outside, as it is an older car. She told me that they knew how to lock it, but the locks just didn't work. This is entirely false, as my locks have always worked.
