Horrible and unethical company. I have never ever experience anything like this in my entire years of working. BNN refuse to communicate with me after I have exhausted just about every effort in them paying for my service. they flat out refuse to pay or communicate with me. I performed Mobile Notary Service for them it cost me so much in the end. I had to pay for copies transportation, taxes, shipping and scanning services. It has been almost a year and they refuse to pay me. I have been beyond patient with these people they are rude and very mean on the phone. I always maintain a cool level head with them because I just want to get some positive results. I pray no one else have to ever experience tis type of treatment.

********* I appreciate your frustration, and as I explained to you several times, we show payment attempts and a cleared payment.I show payment via ****.com has cleared as indicated below and the attachment with every payment attempt.As I indicated, this is the info from your profile, and someone has received those payments; I also see in the audit history that the payment ID has changed. I have asked ****.com to put a trace on the payment from March epay indicated that there is no guarantee, and it can take up to three months. I hope you can see that since the payment ID we had was the one processed thru your acceptance, payment was received before this and now shows that it has been received; why do we believe this has been paid. I cannot void a payment that has been sent via electronic payment and has cleared without the trace being completed, and monies returned. I will, however, submit payment to the new payment ID but understand I have no evidence that would indicate you have not already received this.For your convenience, I have provided proof of all paid payments below.The voids were due to some issue within ****.com as I did not void them; that is a ****.com process if the payment does not go thru...the one in March shows it went thru.So I would ask ****.com to track that confirmation and the other confirmations.We utilize ****.com; all payments go out via check from ****.com unless the recipient requests epay. To request epay the recipient accepts an invite and enters their payment information.
