    We rented an ****** from Frio Fun Rentals in Concan from June 14th-17th. While we were there on our stay their maintenance man showed up Saturday June 15th and walked to backyard pool to retrieve trash from can out back. We were surprised but ok with it. Monday morning came and their maintenance man showed up before we left and grabbed the trash from front bins. We all assumed he would grab the trash out back again. We cleaned the entire place and even removed spider webs that had been there months. We left and they kept $200 of our deposit. We were told we broke a chair yet we only used 4-5 chairs out of a dozen or more stacked up. One I sat on was broken I almost fell out of it. I found another chair that was broken immediately after. They are cheap old plastic chairs sitting in the sun. They were all becoming brittle and unsafe as they are cracking on legs. The maintenance man didnt get back can trash and animals got into the trash he didnt pick up. Now they are charging me $200 for a plastic chair and trash their maintenance man left and animals got into. How is it my problem when their operating procedures allow their workers to enter property while renters are there and grabbing their trash but when they leave he doesnt go to back pool large black can. Not my fault but Im being charged for them not following proper procedures leading us to believe he grabs all trash in that back can and them not checking their patio chairs regularly.

    Poor customer service. Dirty bed linens and filthy pool upon our arrival to Pretty ***** in ******. ********, the property manager, gave me a stellar review as a tenant - only in order for me to leave a comparable review. Everything was fine until I started inquiring about my refundable security deposit; then all h*** broke loose! I was accused of all kinds of absurd damages to the property, which were only brought up when I asked about the $500 refund, a whole week after we checked out of the property - and after it had been rented out to other guests! The property manager never contacted me about any damages prior to and had no proof that these damages were made by me or my family. I took videos of the property upon arrival and departure, just in case something like this came up and I am so glad that I did! My family spent most of our time outside of the home and only used the house to sleep and eat. We did not do any damage to this property, nor any other of the several properties that weve rented in the past! *** never dealt with anything like this and I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy! DO NOT BOOK WITH FRIO FUN!

    *************************** rented a luxury property from us, which was inspected before and after their stay. We called her 8/10/23 to discuss a list of broken items and she proceeded to call me a Racist, ****, and said the reason we claimed property damages was because they were "black". ****************** went on to say the repairs were a "set up" to keep her damage deposit. Started screaming she was going to *** us, turn us into the BBB and would contact her credit card company. We have been in business since **** and have rented to over ****** guests. ****************** is the only guests who have EVER is***d a complaint. She is the renter from H*** Gave her money back & blacklisted her from ever renting again.
