    Export Tek sent me a ******* Galaxy Book 3. I received the delivery from *** on July 12th or earlier. After some time running the computer, a week and a half, I noticed the righthand side was warped and the screen was not flush with the body. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed ***, as if its even reasonable *** could even accidentally create an indentation on part of the body by mishandling it. They evaded taking any responsibility for the condition of the computer and said it was perfectly fine when they shipped it. I will say, in addition to the warped body, the computer runs very slowly and often gets hung up, I imagine there is damage to the inner components as well because of this warped body. This company is clearly unreputable.

    This was a third-party seller through Amazon. I reached out to Amazon and they refunded my money for the defective phone. The seller has not contacted me and probably won't. But I am satisfied because I do a lot of business with Amazon and they always seem to come through. They saw that the seller received their defective item back and they refunded my money. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

    I purchased a cell phone from the business through Amazon on 10/27/2023 and when I received it I wasnt able to set it up for activation due to it freezing. I mailed it back through *** on 11/1/2023 and it was delivered on 11/7/2023. I received an email from Amazon on 11/9/2023 that I wasnt getting a refund because the seller didnt receive the item. I reached out to the seller on 11/11/2023 letting them know that I had tracking confirmation that the item was delivered and received by ****. They responded back stating they received the package but the phone wasnt in the box and since the phone was missing they couldn't give me a refund until the phone was found. After weeks of going back and forth between *** and Export Tek, *** took responsibility and requested claim payment paperwork be filled out and faxed back before they could approve payment and that was done by Export Tek on 1/25/2024. I was given the option for *** to send me a refund check directly for the cost of the phone but was told by Export Tek that normally for refund claims the payment gets sent to their *** account and then refunded to the customers Amazon account. After the business verified where the check needs to be sent after several attempts per *** the check was mailed to Export Tek on 3/8/2024. I have contacted the business and *** numerous times following up on the status of my refund. Between 3/12/2024 and 4/25/2024 I have communicated with both companies to get my money back . *** tells me the check was mailed when I give them my tracking number to follow up on the claim but tells Export Tek a payment was never sent. I was told to have Export Tek contact *** to let them know they never received the check so they could stop payment and contact their bank to see if it was cashed. I let Export Tek know this information on 4/25/2024 and they never responded back to me.
