Service at the homewood location in ** is horrible. The assistant manager is terrible. Shes a very disrespectful kid. The customer service is definitely bad. I hate that I had to select a star. The deserve nothing but a new staff. I wouldnt recommend a dog to go there.

If I could give y'all 0 stars, I would. I went to the location in ** and they burned me 3 times. I reached out online for the "feedback" 3 times and no one ever reached out to me to resolve my problem. Its infuriating how fast y'all take peoples money but lack in cleaning up the mess. How do you keep a business open if you don't have employees showing up during business hours? I order one drink on my app and no one showed. Later spoke to someone and it was to be remade. I order 2 more on my remake day just for them to again be closed during business hours. I then spoke to an employee and we negotiated on dates for my remakes. Because at this point there is no way I would get all 3 drinks in one day. THEN when we set the dates the STORE WAS CLOSED FOR THE THIRD TIME! INSANE and UPSETTING! Went here July 26th to get my normal drink and got home to realize it was made wrong and did not taste good at all I called to speak to a manager and there was no manager at that time so I called Monday and got to speak to a manager only to be told that she can't do anything to make it right that the "policy " says you have to bring it back the same day which the girl Fri never said anything about a policy and why should I have to make an extra trip for someone else's mess up not sure if I will be back to the east peoria location again

Throughout the process, they will charm you with sweet talk and invite you to their enticing "discovery day," but don't be fooled. They won't follow up on their promises. Let me tell you what happened to me. They initially approved a location that was available, and I was thrilled. They even invited me to their highly anticipated discovery day. However, the weeks following the event were filled with disappointment and frustration. Despite my efforts to contact them through texts and calls, there was no response from their end. Finally, after weeks of relentless pursuit, they reached out to me with an excuse. They claimed that they were engaged in a deal with an existing franchisee for the same location, which was taking longer than expected. Now, my question is, why wasn't this crucial information disclosed during the entire process? It's a clear indication of their shady business practices. Considering my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering investing in this company to think twice. Their lack of transparency and failure to disclose important details make them an unreliable choice. Don't fall victim to their shonky business tactics. It's essential to thoroughly research and choose a company that values transparency and integrity.

It was crusty, disgusting, and inadequate and they refused to give me a refund. I don't know how you can possibly make the most disgusting smoothie I've ever had and still be in business. It was chunky and tasted like dead skin or something gross
