            CAUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGE TO OUR HOME. Due to the poor workmanship and incorrect installation of the new HVAC units installed by Coppell Heating and Air, there have been numerous floods in our attic, resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to our ceiling and electrical. The company came out when I called to ask them to address the leaks and did very minor band aid fixes but did nothing to address the improper installation which led to the leaks in the first place. I had this verified by another third party that the installation was done incorrectly. During one of their return visits to our house, the technician noted that the previous techs had installed the drain pan incorrectly and when I asked if they would fix it, he blew me off, even though it was his own company who had done that work. I am at my wit's end trying to get any resolution with this company. The poor workmanship and lack of responsibility from them has been shocking.

            PER ************** -6/12/23  everything has been settled, she pulled her gogle review back and should have pulled this complaint back.  Some of the information in her complaint was not our fault and she underatands that now.  The operation of her system is working great at this time.  Please let me know if you need anything else from me.  This complaint should not been on my report.
