    My car has been at this dealership for the past two weeks. I have missed work due to this issue because i dont have any transportation to get there. The service advisor that has been in charge of my car has been out numerous times which has delayed the process and they have failed to provide me with a loaner or renter car. My car is also covered under kia ********* They told me that i would have an update on my car by 1/2/24 and they keep prolonging it and its interfering with my job attendance.The solution that i want to provided is a loaner or renter car at no personal cost to me and no toll fees until they figure out the issue of my personal car and fix the car in a timely manner.

    We are very sorry that it has taken so long to work the vehicle into the shop and get it diagnosed and for the inconvenience this has caused . With the holidays and our workload we are working non appointment vehicles in as fast as we can. This has also affected our loan car availability and we have had *********************** on our list since her car got here. As of this morning, we have diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and we now have a loan car available. We expect the vehicle to be repaired early next week.

    I am rejecting this response because:   my check engine light is still on after getting my car back from them and its now making a ticking sound when it starts.

    Since 2019, I have allowed Huffiness Kia of Corinth to provide maintenance on my 2016 Kia ***** And for the last two years my Kia **** has continued to experience the same issues even though I receive routine maintenance on my car as well as paying Huffiness Kia of Corinth good money for car repairs.My vehicle will be seven years old in January **** and I don't believe it needs a new engine. What I believe is *** Huffiness technicians have broken some coils on my engine and failed to replace the broken coils and assured me that my vehicle was fixed.

    The current diagnoses of ************************** is internal engine repair. The vehicle is far outside any manufacturer's warranty provided so we provided a discounted estimate to repair the engine. The current needed repairs are not in any way related to anything we have done prior. There have also been several prior repairs that have been suggested that ********************** has declined.

    I am rejecting this response because:   ******************** Corinth has never suggested several repairs on my vehicle regarding the engine light. Each time I take my vehicle in for repairs, I always pay for all repairs suggested. ************ Corinth did not know what was wrong with my vehicle and still does not know because the mechanic working on it did not got far enough into diagnosing the problem. Also, I can provide all suggested repairs along with payment.

The vehicle, at ******* miles and having passed all *** required testing to determine warranty qualification, does not fall under any warranty. The current issue is in no way related to any previous work we have done. We provided a discounted estimate to replace the engine.

    I am rejecting this response because:   the ******* did not diagnosis my vehicle the last date I was in. I spoke to ****** (technician), ********************************* (service advisor), and ********************** (service advisor) about the engine light. My vehicle was not taken back to the shop for a diagnosis and ******************** Corinth did not offer me a discounted rate to repair/replace my engine. The price ******************** Corinth quoted me was $7,000.00 to repair my engine and that is not a discounted price! 

    If ****** (technician) would have diagnosis my vehicle correctly in December 28, 2021 I would not continue to see the engine light coming on and off every three to four months.

    I need ******************** Corinth to make me a reasonable quote to repair my engine!

    I meet with *************************** (General Manager) in January **** about the diagnostic service I was receiving and according to **************************************** Manager (****) this service department does not use high technology equipment to diagnose vehicles. ****************************** Department does not use borescope cameras to look down into the vehicle for diagnostic testing.
