    I placed two orders with this company that are both plastic model kit pre-orders. 1. Order #**** placed on May 31, 2021 for $63.99 2. Order #**** placed on November 22, 2021 for $55.98 The first one (#****) was widely distributed in North America around Fall/Winter 2021, but I never received it. I attempted to contact the seller in finding out the status of that order in November of 2021 and did not receive a response. I went without hearing any sort of update about that specific product (from email or ******** post) for the next six months. Towards the end of May, I reached out again via email for a refund for simply both orders. An employee said that they would speak with the manager and let him know, but after that, I did not receive anything back from the same employee or manager. It was around this time, that the owner posted an update on their ******** page, relaying that due to hard personal events they would be closing their shop and refunding everybody while continuing to sell what they had in stock only. About a month or two later, the owner posted that the issues that were initially forcing them to shut down had been resolved so that they would not be closing. On July 22, 2022, I attempted to email the company again asking for a follow-up from the refund request I sent a couple of months ago but got back an automated email for each of two emails I know of connected to the business, that both I tried to reach do not exist. It's at this point I do not know of any other way to contact the business. There are buyers commenting on posts from the owner that are experiencing the same issues as I, where the seller is not contacting them back and ignoring their order inquiries and refund requests.

    I have made 2 online orders in Sept of 2020, one being a stock item the other a preorder. Beginning of 2021 there were shipping issues so i was aware of delays. Now towards the end of 2021, i have not received either items. I've had excuses of order wasn't in, then was returned cause missing items and then eventually no updates. Takes weeks or even months before i get a reply at all. I have even requested a refund which the company has not responded to. I have screen caps of messages and emails along with receipts of purchases done thru PayPal.
