            Marks Floor Covering made an agreement with me on text for some work to be done in my home. ********************* was paid for some work and the original agreement was for **** to be paid once the work was ****************** started the work and never came back to complete the job. When contacting **** he said that he would be back on 12/11/2023 to finish and the only thing he did that day was pick up his ladders and never came back. At this point I have been ignored.

            This customer was given an itemized estimate. On that estimate shows price on work to be done and paid upon completion the load carring beam wall and the removal of Sheetrock and insulation was completed and paid. When we went back I explained to her that what was presented to her was an estimate and not a contract she refused to pay any phases moving forward I then went to write up a contract and I was notified by ********** that she called to tell them not to release any material to me. An estimate is just that if more work comes up like electrical outlets and plates there would be a charge she refused told the representative from ********** I burned her. She only paid for what was completed I moved furniture removed flooring ect and did not get paid. Also she didnt have money to pay for said materials so that was a huge red flag she wanted me to do a complete remodel and pay me when completed I told her go to the estimate and see that its its itemized but she refused to comply with the estimate sent. Again the money in question that work was completed as I said furniture take up ect. Never was paid.
