  We got steaks (2 cuts) here for a dinner party. One steak smelled funny when we cooked it. When we cut it, the smell was horrible. We threw the steak away because it was only one that smelled bad. We then cut the other steaks and they tasted spoiled. We didnt want to eat any more of them and hoped nobody got sick from what they did eat. We returned what we had in front of us but didnt go through garbage. We returned that mean and they weighed it and would only return what we brought back. Some was eaten, some was in trash and meat weighs less once cooked. They were not helpful at all - rude in fact. Once they didnt take care of product, we posted reviews online - speaking all truth and the owner said it was the cooks fault and lied about the timeline. They dont value their customers nor stand behind their product.

  we will start this conversation off  BY saying we have not resolved this issue at this time and let me keep this issue fact based 

  customer purchased a number of steaks 8 or 9 on a friday nite cooked them on saturday 

  and returned two cooked steaks on sunday claiming all were bad so but only had two to return 

  we then  proceed to offer her a  credit for what she returned and a store credit but she stormed out and she did not return.then she started with the reviews in which we responded  

  she and her sons have proceeded to create negative reviews AND is asking for full credit of 100 dollars plus on product by her admission most was eaten

  heres where i struggle with this one purchased three different kind of steaks 9 total  brought only two to store for return not even cut into  which had no odor were overcooked and under seasoned

  we then  offered her a refund for what was returned or store credit  she refused and took to her attacks on us thru reviews that were unfounded and completely unnecessary.IF PRODUCTS ARE BAD WHY WOULD U COOK THEM FIRST OF ALL AND SECONDLY WHY WOULDNT U BRING ALL BACK CLAIMING U TRASHED THE OTHERS MAKES NO SENSE and wouldnt a person at least call the store at  that time  to get 

   we have been in business for 17 YEARS AND HAVE OVER ***** FOLLOWERS ON OUR PAGES  I HAVE BEEN IN  MEAT BUSINESS  FOR 30 PLUS YEARS AND REALIZE THAT NOT EVERYONE WILL BE HAPPY SO THIS IS WHERE I WILL LEAVE THIS ISSUE AT
