    Date of Transaction: 05/17/2023 Amount of Payment: $******* I went to this establishment to purchase a headstone for mother-in-law on 5/17/23 which I met with ********** We then talked about what I wanted and the price she indicated was *******. She stated that it will take about 3 months to get completed. When I returned in August 30, 2023 to check status she stated that it is taken a little longer to complete and also stated that there is a new owner *********************** was taken over but she will still be working and getting everything settled. She stated that it will be completed in a month. I then retuned on 10/5 when I met ***** and *** at the office to discuss what was going on with the headstone, ***** indicated that the stone should arriving the next week and on that date they will request the permit at Rosehill today. I returned back on 10/26 since they were not retuning my calls spoke with *** once again and she was looking for the paperwork in her files. I gave her all the information that i had which was the contract all payments i made and what wanted. I was there about an hour and needed to go back to work and she said she will call me. I never received a call and I kept going by there with contact until 11/8 spoke with ******* she said she will give them the message. On 11/20 my husband ********************* went to the office and spoke with *** and stated it will be ready once again in 2 weeks. 11/28 I went to the office once again and spoke with *** and ***** at this time they showed me that they had the headstone and it needed to be scripted and that will take another 2 weeks. went back 12/12 where *** showed me the stone and the employee in the back stated he had to take it and when it, as I spoke to Pat they still had not got the permit approved. I also called for ****** at Rosehill and left message. I preceded to go back for updates twice a week and gate is closed and locked. On 1/22/2024 I called ***** @ ************ and he stated that is no longer taking ownership of company.

    Went and paid 425$ to Corpus Christi Memorial on 11/1/23 to get my Uncles date of death engraved. To this day we never got his date engraved. I reached out to the number on file and its disconnected. No call from them to say they are closing here is your refund nope, nothing. Very disappointed.

    On 2/23/23 I paid **** dollars to ************************** to get my dad's headstone made was promised within 6 Months my sister always calls and gets the run around now they are saying she sold it. This lady needs to be put in jail for fraud for taking advantage of people's emotions!

    SHE NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS AND IN JAIL FOR FRAUD! My mom passed away July, 2022. On July 25, 2022 I went to Corpus Christi Memorials and met with the Owner *******************. I designed the headstone and made a down payment of $100. On November 3, 2023 I paid the remaining amount of $2,900. Which meant the $3,000 headstone was paid off. She told me it would take 3-4 months. Meaning February 2023 would be the latest it would be delivered to Corpus Christi Memorials. I have made numerous attempts to call and get a status with *******************, her receptionist always states that she is not in the office and the time I call and she will give her the message to call me back. I have made several attempts to get a call back and nothing. I have even gone to the office and she said it would be in at the end of March. I called at the end of March and her receptionist said again, she was not in. So, I called again and when I did the receptionist said that *** informed her it would be in at the end of the month, meaning April. I called numerous times in April and no word. So finally, I had my aunt help me to figure all this out. My aunt was persistent and called Corpus Christi Memorials numerous times until finally she was able to speak with ***. She asked *** for the suppliers name and info. We contacted Cold Springs the wholesale company and have been able to email with the regional director who informed us she was trying to find the info on my moms stone but unfortunately it was in the hands of Corpus Christi Memorials at this time. Which to me sounds like it was never ordered by *******************. She was supposed to email my aunt with 1. The copy of the order that was placed with the wholesale company, Coldspring. 2. Firm delivery date from Coldspring 3. What happens if Coldspring continues to delay to order. We have not yet heard anything back. I have read many reviews about this company after I started to have issues and a lot of people have or are having the same issues. She takes peoples money, never orders the headstone, and never returns calls. She is very nice when you are making payments but once it is paid off, she does not speak with you. This lady needs to be put out of business and in jail for Fraud!

    On 3/16/22 my *********** purchased one headstone and left a deposit on a second headstone for our parents. We paid $1,037 in full for a headstone to be completed in 90 days. Upon our follow up it was not ordered nor completed. We have made numerous calls and physical appearances to their sales office to no avail. We have been promised and promised many times it would be ready. We have never received a follow up call even after the numerous calls and visits by both my husband and myself. On 1/26/23 I called and went by several times and spoke directly with ***************** informing her if I did not receive a follow up call the following day to allow her time to communicate with her vendors regarding the status of the headstone that I would return for a refund on Friday 1/27/23. The entire morning went by without any follow **** I went in person and was told she was not in but should be returning shortly. She did not arrive. I went the following day since I was told her office would be open from 10am-2:30pm. I went by at 1 PM and the office was closed. Here we are Monday morning 1/30/23 and again she is not available due to not being in office. We have been waiting for her arrival since 9:30am it is now 11am and she has not arrived. The office assistant has informed me that she has relayed every message left and that *** is aware we are requesting a refund for both headstones the one paid in full and the down payment on the second one which has not been paid in full due to the delays and non completion of the original headstone. She also informed me that she has many complaints and people waiting and that she does not respond to them either. To date we paid $1,037 for the 1st headstone and $1,450 on the second for a total of $2,487 due back due to non fulfillment of original contract. *** has not attempted to follow up on any call or visit from myself or my husband since the original purchase and payment made on 3/16/22.

    On 1/5/22, I purchased a headstone for $2,340.75 from ******************* at Corpus Christi Memorials, I was told it would be ready within 3 months. On 6/24/22, not having heard from the company, I went by and spoke to ***. The headstone had never been ordered. I was promised it would be ready within 45 days. On 9/8/22, again never hearing from the company, I went by to check on the status of the order. I told them I wanted the headstone within 2 weeks or I wanted my money returned. Today is 11/8/22, and I still have not heard from the company.
