    A. Bought a jeep.B. Misled about the diff. Gear ratio when I asked 4X and told it had 4:56 gears in it everytime. It don't, has stock. Have a text to prove that. C. Offered to buy gears myself if they cover the labor due to being misled. The normal window sticker don't have the mod specs on them. Still no resolution. On my own. Shame on me. D. Corporate didn't resolve any issues, tried that route. Said dealership had to handle it. Had to fight after being ignored for weeks on end just to get the lifetime oil changes they promised and wouldn't give it to me in writing. I wasn't leaving till I had it, and got it. They wanted me to take their word on it after a month and a half. E. Took 2 months for them to refund me for shackles I had to buy after they were stolen off trade in jeep. F. Texts get ignored because it takes an act of Congress to get what's promised as part of the sale and get the things in writing. **** said buy a tuner when the jeep should already be tuned. What an insult. (before you ask, they couldn't provide the Black Widow specs to me in writing when I asked for them). Told me Black Widow puts 4:56 gears in all of their builds.... Yes, I called Black Widow myself to confirm that was not true. They don't touch gears. Conclusion: this will be the last time I ever use Lithia for anything I pay for again. You are welcome to spend your money wherever you choose. Also, due to Jeep Corporates lack of ability to help me, last Jeep I ever buy. Double whammy for me; what's done, is done and I blame myself and life goes on. I surely hope you consider your options on where you purchase vehicles and take your business. Honesty and integrity go a long way, choose wisely. Make sure once a business has your money you aren't made to feel like a nuisance. Hope this helps someone out there. Last word; they don't return your calls, leave you waiting for endless amount of time when you drive-in there. Worst buying experience of my life and learned a hard *******

    I was hesitant to write a review about this dealership but after tonight I think it is only fair that I protect others. My father in law is a 75 year old ******* Vet. He is BLIND. He has some issues health and mental issues, which is why my wife is his power of attorney. She went over to his house today to fill up his medication as we do every week, to find that he had a new Jeep sitting in his drive way. A blind elderly man, who cannot drive was sold a car by the Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of *****. My father in law called up to the dealership, without us knowing and talked to a sales person. The sales rep, after being told by my father in law that he was blind and cannot drive, had someone pick him up at his house and drive him to the dealership. He apparently stayed there all day long with these people, who sold him a 39k 2023 new Jeep and after everything else they added it came to 50K dollars. His payment was $832 dollars a month for a Vet who is on a fixed income.The sales rep then drove him to an insurance place that he recommended. I am not sure if they divulged to the insurance company that he was blind or not. We contacted the insurance company who had advised us that he was being charged $277 dollars a month. It was only for 25k and would not cover the vehicle past that point. Also, they listed him as the only covered person to operate the vehicle. Yes, an elderly blind, non-licensed driver is the only insured person for the vehicle. I called the dealership and asked for the *** *** to call me. Instead of contacting us, they called my father in law and asked him why? Why would I have an issue with selling a vehicle to a blind, 75 year old man who has mental issues? This place is highly unethical. I will be contacting anyone who will listen to this story. My father in law, doesnt even want the car. This place will take advantage of you and your loved ones. Stay Clear!

    Went in for a Free lifetime oil change was then told that I needed 2300$ worth of unnecessary repairs done to my vehicle, will not be going back at any point

    I bought a car from them with warranty and they sold me a new car warranty and I bought the car 3 years used so when I went to talk to them they said my warranty was expired a 5 year warranty I paid for and it expired 2 years after I had it because they sold me a warranty for new car so I paid for warranty on a car I didnt have in 2018 when I bought it in 2021

    I would not ever send anyone to purchase a vehicle or receive service from here. There business is very unprofessional. I have tried contacting them and no response, I've had to leave work multiple times to be able to speak with anyone. I have left multiple messages with *********************** and for 3 weeks now have not received a callback. When I do go to the business **** is not there or not available. I've needed to speak to **** due to the team that does not communicate or handle my situation at all. Purchasing a vehicle here has been the worse and very stressful. Bad unprofessional business.

    The vehicle was ****** we ended up leaving with the vehicle owing $43,000 and that's because we traded in that vehicle for a previous vehicle we had just purchased two weeks ago and the engine broke down on us and then they were going to charge us $4,200 to fix an engine to a vehicle that had pre-existing conditions. Only two weeks.

    Worst dealership ******** answer calls, dont return calls, lie about when a vehicle is available and its not, supposedly on the truck. Finally got our car after nearly 2 weeks of hassle, even a trip to corpus from *********** for an appointment only to be told the car wasnt there yet. This was on a Friday, finally got the car delivered Thursday pm. No follow up, no paperwork done, they have our trade in and ****** money order from us. We have a new car and would like the paperwork done. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, buyers beware.

    Car was in dealership from mid February to mid August. When they unloaded it from a transport in my driveway in ******** ********, The front hood and fenders had **** over spray from some job in the dealership, on my hood and fenders. The strap that held the car on the transport had worn the fiberglass down to the cloth! You have heard of out of sight, out of mind? My house is 800 miles away. My service manager ***********************, has ignored NUMEROUS attempts to reach him. So I tried to reach the general manager ***********************. He also refuses to return Multiple calls. They do not know what customer service means. Do not buy a car or bring your car to this dealership for service.

    I recently went to Lithia on July 13, 2022 to buy a ************************************************************************** When out of the dealership and driving home there was a rattling noise and vehicle needed the air suspension on the back and immediately the next day i made the salesman aware which he said that management will call me and take care of the issue and as of today nothing has been resolved. when i took the vehicle back they had me there till close run my credit again that they were trying to trade me out but wanting 5k more and with nothing resolved they put me on loaner to come back home to Laredo and that vehicle had mechanical issues it hesitated to accelerate so i was stranded in Corpus. furthermore price for tahoe was ********************************************************* 15 days after the purchase the price had been raised. they are not willing to return my 3k that was given as down payment they said i had lost it already. I also contacted the Lender that i have not had the vehicle in my possession due to mechanical issues and he requested for me to be aggressive with them to get this situation resolved. my 1st upcoming payment is not due till the 27th August that is why he insisted to try to get it resolved before then, I will greatly appreciate your help.

    Worst place. I feel so taken advantage of and stupid for ever going there. A family member of a coworker works there so i thought they would treat me good. I bought a Jeep Wrangler back in November 2021 on a Friday. Price was around *****. After signing all the paperwork they said they would email me the copies the next day. Found out they added $6000 to the sale price without disclosing it to me before hand. They offered no dealer warranty without me having to pay extra for it! Right out of the lot i had to take it back the next Monday. That is when i confronted the saleswoman about the mysterious $6000 that was added on to the price of the vehicle. She said it was for addons and upgrades they do to all of their used vehicles and pulled a piece of paper out of her desk. It was for window tinting, something with the ** and i dont remember what else. On top of that it already needed a cylinder head replaced. Got that fixed, then the rear Main seal and the oil cooler were leaking big time. Had to take it back again. The wiper motor was bad, had to get that replaced. Tried to give it back and have them put me in a brand new one since my purchase went from ***** to *****! Im still so upset and here it is in March. I dont know what to do. Ive called several times and Left messages for them to call me back because i want to cancel the leftover warranty bacause i need to refinance or find some other options. But, of course they never return calls. Even when i took my Ram in for warranty and recall work they never returned calls, ever! Im paying $830 a month. That is So ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the ***** ************************ and Texas DMV. I strongly advise anyone who has issues with this company please file a complaint with the ***** Attorney General and the Texas DMV.
