Please note I rented this apartment to ***************************** . and her daughter and granddaughter.

They also have 4 dogs and a cat, they were looking for a place to live in November. I agreed to a rental with no contract, a month to month rental with  only 2 weeks notice both *********************** cleans houses for a living and I felt assured it would be kept in proper order.  The agreement was for $1000 per month all utilities and satellite tv and internet included min addition she often washed her clothes up there as a gratuity.  The first month they Pd the $1000 rent as agreed on  A few weeks after they moved in they spoke of a leak or the tub baking up while they did dishes. This was dish water. I suspected the French drain had occluded thus backing the white water up.  There was never any mention of septic problems and that is in good working order. The French drain was inspected and roots were removed That seemed to help but did  not fix the issue 100 percent. I did offer for the 3 of them to use one of the rooms upstairs to bath in and stay in fir free if needed.  Occasionally they did but after the cold *********************** said the outdoor shower she enjoyed more. Additionally I took the rent down to $600 per month They were happy with at, we also discussed they needed and wanted to move to a larger apt.  The leak was difficult to track down but eventually was and was repaired. In January they were also charged the reduced rent of $600 per month!  , In the interim I was informed of something that made me very uncomfortable and I asked them to vacate on the 14th of January  Last day to be the 28th of January.  Then problems started I was threatened that they would take my ratings down and pictures of the torn up deck and plumbing were posted on line on my ****** site  The plumbing is totally repaired  When I observed the pictures posted the bathroom was seen to be torn up. It would be best fir everyone tif they found another place. The police are addressing my other concern.

    Sincerely,

    *****************************, Out by the Sea
