Stay away from this company!!! I have had numerous encounters with Ethan as the owner of this company, he has shown himself to be very unethical in his business practices. First of all I had a air conditioner clogged line and since he could not rectify the problem he tried to offer a solution that was much more expensive to make more money and I had to call another company to tell me what to do and the problem was resolved for a fraction of the cost. This was in August 2023. I do not recommend this company unless you want to spend more money, he cannot be trusted to give you the right solution. Again, he is very unethical. Next encounter has been March 2024, he came over to diagnose my AC due to it not getting cool, he offered freon and after measuring the amount I needed he said 6 pounds. Considering his ethical issues in the past I got a second opinion and they said I only needed 4 pounds of freon, They also said to me that no one can tell you the amount of freon needed for AC until they place it in the AC. Remember he stated 6 pounds, when I told him about it he made up another lie. He is a liar about his business practices. Furthermore, he crossed boundaries with me asking about me personal life regarding me have a husband. He also said, you need a man to help you take care of your home. And, used very disrespectful and unkind words to describe what someone he thought said about me that he lied about as well. Just creating lies He did not apologize after I asked him to apologize numerous times. He said he does not regret the things that he said to me. He was wrong to try to cross boundaries with me being a 53 year old female. Please be aware of this person because he unprofessional and unethical with business practices. I will also contact HVAC licensing to address this issue as well as the BBB
