  I bought a franchise license from ****** *****, CEO of **********************. ****** is based out of **************, *****. I paid him my franchise fee. I was supposed to start the training and ****** reneged on the training. He then ghosted me. I finally reached him again. The company was not set up at all. There was no ROI as promised. I found out later that he resold my exclusive rights to the territory I purchased within a week of my buying. He has left several people stranded after taking their money. I tried to work with ******, but this was all a SCAM. He disabled my e-mail account. The *** he set up was not funded. He did nothing as he promised. I am asking all of the known people who gave him money to file a BBB complaint so you can see all of his bad faith with people. ****** promised a lot and delivered nothing. He has wasted my money and many others. I would like a simple resolution, but he is being indifferent. I have no problem for him going to court and facing severe penalities. He sells business licenses to people and then disappear. He has several businesses that he fronts as an agent.

  On August 2nd 2024 I purchase the Florida territory form the company Lend Bucket to be able to sell loans to small business's in a variety of ways such as MCA loans, equipment loans, expansion loans, etc. I was dealing with the owner ****** ***** in this purchase. I found Lend Bucket on website called **************. When ****** and I had our first conversation he started off by saying how he was an Army veteran in the financial sector and he built a proprietary platform for selling small business loans. He stated how a territory owner will have access to this proprietary technology along with constant leads, training, and back office support for the territory owner success. He marked on his website that t he was BBB accredited, worked with fortune 500 companies, and that lend bucket has been on *****, ***, and other television channels, all which are false. He connived me to sign up for a fee of $7,500 for the Florida territory, and from the start is was a disaster. He did not have any marketing materials, he did not and still does not have a back office which he said he did to support territory owners. He never provided a training until months later when myself and 4 other territory owners got on him about him not providing anything for us to learn or work. He did one zoom call and spent the whole time saying how he had to revamp the whole company and change the process of how we will work with him, so pretty much told us he had nothing yet. His "proprietary technology" is a standard loan broker account any one can obtain for themselves called MCASimplified. He basically sold each of us territory owners a log in profile to HIS account on this platform that is not his to begin with. This was a financial scheme to get us to pay for his tools. The entire company is a scam and I want a refund of my fees. He has called me ******** to others on the tea,, and he has down talked to each of us.
