I went there to buy a steering column for ******** DTS. They sent me back in the yard to see the car and to make sure that it was the right part and was in good shape, which it was. So I go back there with the puller who was doing the work, He was having problems trying to get that steering column out of the car for a long time. In the end he just yanked part of the steering column from the shaft that that was a part of the steering column that connected the steering column to the steering shaft and rack and pinion from up under the hood. So we go back to the desk and they claimed that the part he left was part of the rack and pinion and to come back another day because it would take them some time to move the car and get up under it and disconnect the shaft from the rack and pinion. Two days later I go back and they charged me for the part that was a part of the steering column that he could not get loose and charged me for just that part without the steering column and had no part from steering rack and pinion. So I asked since this part is a part of the steering column, why Don't I get the steering column since it was a a part of the steering column since that's what I came for from the beginning. But you know ,I just said to myself that they can have that 85 dollars for being slick. But I will never go back also tell other people to be careful when dealing with them.
