I have requested a running balance of debits and credits to this account. I have shown them the discrepancy and they continue to indicate that I owe an amount greater than the amount I show is owed without any explanation of how they arrived at their figures. I have requested this information several times. I have indicated I have no issue paying the balance I want to ensure I am not overpaying. This is after charges accumulated as the account was past due and I was never notified until it was several months past due. (fyi the bond is for a relative)

After a thorough review of your account, ******************** has identified a discrepancy regarding your initial restructuring balance. The correct starting balance as of 7/5/2024 should have been noted as $1,138.10,not $908.10. The $908.10 balance reflects the amount remaining after the 1st payment of the restructuring agreement on July 19, 2024, was applied to the account.
As an overview, client was informed she had a past due balance of $1,083.10 of which she agreed to a restructure on 7/5/2024  to which our restructure fees were added and after the client made the initial good faith payment of $130, the remaining balance of $1,008.10 was placed on a bi-weekly $100 payment plan until the balance was paid in full starting 7/19/2024 and with an anticipated ending pay plan date of 12/6/2024.
Since 7/19/2024, we have received 8 additional payments of $100 with the last bi-week payment being received on 11/8/2024. The remaining balance after the 11/8/2024 payment applied was $108.10. Client has since missed making the payment scheduled for 11/22/2024 ($100.00) and 12/6/2024 ($8.10).
In recognition of the client's commitment to fulfilling the terms of the restructure agreement, and as part of our dedication to providing exceptional customer service, we have chosen to waive the remaining balance on the account. No further payments will be required, and we hope this action reflects our commitment to resolving the matter and ensuring customer satisfaction. Should there be any questions regarding the resolution the client is welcome to contact us for further review.

I am rejecting this response because:

The payment history for this account was not provided as requested. In order to support the amount you indicate I owe on this account I will need detailed accounting including running balances debits and credits.

I came into this business to bail one of my friends out of jail I was told yesterday that the price would be 736.00 so when I came back the next day to pay for it I was told there would be an additional charge of $85. While discussing it with the woman not only was she rude to me by telling me it's not her concern and that the price won't change not even admitting that it was their fault just making it seem as if it's my problem. I asked to speak to a manager which he also was rude to me I will also be suing for compensation
