    At first i booked a rental for a ***** malibu which was cancelled by the host right before the day i to leave so the customer service said they would give me another car of our choice the car they gave us was a red ***** cruze. When i first received the car there was no problems at all until i got half way into my trip which was 1 hour and 30 minutes away so i just went head and drove the rest of the trip once i stopped the engine check light went off. Once i began to attempt to drive home 45 minutes into the drive the car lost all ****************** and i was forced to dive to the nearest safe location. Once i parked the car i called the roadside support number and was told to record everything that was going on and that someone was on the way. I waited 3 hrs just for them to tell me that they didnt know when he was going to arrive or where he was at or where he was coming from so I asked for the drivers number and was told that they couldnt give that away due to the policy so I asked for the owner of the car number and was told the same excuse.So from there i had to get back home because i had work in the morning they told me to leave the car and send them the address and picture of the car and keys and once the car was retrieved I would receive my full refund in the next 24 to 48 hours. They never sent me and reimbursements for me having to find a way home neither did i receive my 250 deposit or my full refund. I have been calling for a week now and they just keep pushing me off and telling me he only works for the company and relays messages from the boss and he would call me once he got an answer. PLEASE HELP
