    I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing and unprofessional experience I had on August 17, 2024, with one of your bus drivers on Bus 3583. This incident occurred between 9-10 am, shortly after crossing the **** Customs and Border Protection - Laredo ******-******* Port of Entry. After crossing the border, we were safely transferred to a different Tornado location to change drivers. I understand that transportation logistics take time, especially after the border crossing. However, what transpired during this part of the journey was beyond what any passenger should be expected to endure. This bus driver followed a routine that involved checking the air conditioning and insisting that passengers in the front row move their luggage from the space they paid for. While ensuring the bus's safety is important, the nearly hour-long delay was unacceptable. The driver even called a mechanic for what appeared to be a trivial issue, all while gossiping with passengers in the front instead of addressing legitimate concerns raised by others. At the next checkpoint, where migration officers checked our passports, the situation escalated further. The driver singled out a passenger who had voiced concerns about the delay earlierwell before the bus was in motion. He told the officer that he had the right to remove this paying customer from the bus for complaining. This behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. The passenger in question had not been disruptive, and the complaints were shared by others on the bus as well. The driver's actions felt vindictive and out of line. It is one thing to enforce rules, but quite another to hold a grudge and use a position of power to retaliate against a customer. This experience has left me disgusted and appalled by the conduct displayed. Tornado is known for providing reliable transportation, and I trust that this incident does not reflect your company's standards.

    Zero ?? stars. Nasty service. Do not use. Paid extra for front tickets, when I aboard the bus, someone else sitting on my seat because he had the same seat number. I had to travel by the smelly restroom.

    They ask you to be an hour early so you can be ready to board. But the bus was over 2 hours late. There was no announcement or anything. I had to go up to the desk and ask. Out of the 3 busses leaving this morning all 3 were late. One was delayed for over 3 hours. Again with no announcement or anything. I woke up at 5am to be here. It is now 9:30am and the bus isn't even here.

    I purchase a bus ticket from ******* Mxico. Bus was late no ac. Senior on board. How can you cross the border with no ac . And temp outside over 100 degrees. Accident ready to happend. Bus driver did not assist to remove luaggage from Bus. Or open trunks to remove our belonging, did just not care ******* ******** 645 pm to ******* and then board another Bus to ******. 8/20/23

    Tornado Bus is a mayor **** they deserve 0 stars!!!! I traveled from ******* to *******, ***** yesterday July 25th,2023 when we left the Bus Station the Bus started to smell weird. It was one if those two floor buses, then all of a suden the A/C stoped working and from the A/C vents a strong smell of AMONIA started spreading through the whole bus. We all started coughing and complaining, there were babies and pregnant women riding with us, the bus was almost full!! They bus driver told us he was gonna stop at this mexican restaurant in *******, ** We asked for another bus and he said it was gonna take 4 hours to get there,The ONLY solution was to open the EMERGENCY WINDOWS and a little window on the roof, no a/c , the amonia smell came from the bathroom!!! It was strong and it almost make all of us throw up!!!! We drove all the way to ******* like that, sweating and with the emergency windows banging because of the air from outside, I almost cut my finger cause I wanted to hold the window with my hand! This cant be happening again!!! I have photos and videos from that, some of us called the company when we were inside the bus to complain and they just said they were sorry and thanked us for calling?!? Wth!!! I asked for a refund when I got to the Airline station but this kid that was working said he couldnt do anything cause the manager wasnt there.AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!

    I bought a ticket for my son to come home from ****, **** where he attends *********************. He went to the abandoned Gas Station and called me and said Mom this looks sketchy. He waited 20 minutes and then I came on BBB and found that this company is a SCAM. Cannot believe this happened in the year 2022. However...it is a ******* Cartel Company and I am out $66. Unreal!

    Horrible company with terrible drivers. Bus ran another vehicle off the road. When I called the company to complain they just transeferred me until the phone "disconnected" on more than one attempt.

    The bus seats are extremely uncomfortable. The first bus was from Durango Mexico to Laredo. And that one was ok. But once we got to Laredo we changed buses and the seats were extremely uncomfortable what they charge is super high compared to other bus lines I've used before. Other bus lines are cheaper way more comfortable. I also had to wait more than 2 hrs. They told me the bus was going to take off at 6pm but to be there at 5pm I got there at 5:10pm and the bus took off at 7:17pm. I'm not planning to use this bus line ever again. Pls don't do it. Let's not even talk about how terrible the wait was on the border. I have no clue what they do different but the wait is extremely terrible.

    Aborde el bus el miércoles 9am de Huetamo a Houston y ya son las 3 y sigo en el bus de todas las terminales salen tarde nunca asen nada a tiempo me dijeron que a las 3 pm de el jueves llegaría a mi destino y aun sigo aqui faltan 5 horas de camino es la primera ves y ultima que uso estos servicios por que no respetan la prioridad de el cliente yo compre el boleto con tiempo para asegurar llegar a tiempo y nada solo dicen que el trafico y el trafico pero los choferes se salen de ruta oh no se para agarrar mas pasaje y uno a qui ocupando llegar a su destino. Esto fue de Guanajuato a Matehuala de Matehuala a la frontera todo bien son un asco en tiempo


    I boarded the bus on Wednesday 9am from Huetamo to Houston and it's already 3 o'clock and I'm still on the bus from all the terminals they leave late they never do anything on time they told me that at 3 pm on Thursday I would arrive at my destination and I'm still here they are missing 5 hours on the road is the first and last time that I use these services because they do not respect the priority of the client. I bought the ticket with time to ensure arriving on time and nothing they only say that the traffic and the traffic but the drivers leave route oh I do not know to grab more passage and one who occupying to reach his destination. This went from Guanajuato to Matehuala from Matehuala to the border, everything is fine, they are disgusting in time

    No es el trafico cuando salimos de la terminal de Apaseo el alto Guanajuato dijeron que solo pasaríamos a Querétaro y de hay el destino era la terminal en Laredo para acer el cruce en la frontera pero el chofer recibió una llamada y decía es que solo tengo un asiento pregunto cuantos son y se desvío a otra terminal como a 20 minutos de nuestra ruta y decía si pero primero lo mío se bajo y dijo ni etiqueta tienen sus maletas tardaron como 15 minutos asta que salimos otros 20 para retomar ruta creo que si respetaran las salidas si un cliente llego tarde no es culpa de el resto ese cliente debe esperar otro autobús que salga de esa terminal.
    Cuando cruzamos la frontera paramos en la terminal que esta hay en Laredo tx y una persona que trabaja hay pidió de favor que los que viajaban a katy tx podían cambiar de autobús y ellos no quisieron ellos pidieron que los bajaran en rosenberg y le dije a la persona empleada de tornado que si podía cambiarme a mi al autobús que pasaría por katy tx y ni siquiera se tomo el tiempo en escucharme le dije que la persona que me compro mi ticket lo compro para Houston y que en realidad yo vivo en katy y no dijo nada siguió su camino entonces yo les pregunto a ustedes donde esta la comprensión de sus empleados a nosotros no solo debe aver comprensión de nosotros hacía ustedes deben entrenar a sus empleados a ser mejores como persona a su servicio que ofrecen y no ser prepotentes

    it is not the traffic when we left the Apaseo el Alto Guanajuato terminal they said that we would only go to Querétaro and from there the destination was the terminal in Laredo to make the border crossing but the driver received a call and said that I only have one seat I asked how many there are and he diverted to another terminal about 20 minutes from our route and he said yes but first mine got off and he said no tag do they have their bags it took about 15 minutes until we left another 20 to return to the route I think if they respected the departures if a client is late it is not the fault of the rest that client must wait for another bus that leaves that terminal.
    When we crossed the border we stopped at the terminal that is in Laredo tx and a person who works there asked for a favor that those who traveled to katy tx could change buses and they did not want them they asked to get off at rosenberg and I told the tornado employee asked if he could change me to the bus that would go through katy tx and he didn't even take the time to listen to me I told him that the person who bought me my ticket bought it for Houston and that actually I live in katy and not He said nothing, he went his way, so I ask you where is the understanding of your employees towards us? You should not only see understanding of us towards you, you should train your employees to be better as a person at your service and not be arrogant
