Although the staff is very nice, doctors misleading patients are simply unethical and no level of niceness could make up for this appalling way to practice medicine.I went in a year ago to get rid of the varicose veins on my legs. During our consultation, ** ***** explained the treatment plan: after the initial comprehensive ultrasound phase 1 was the medical procedure and phase 2 the cosmetic one, followed by a final ultrasound to ensure everything is good. Then you wait a few months and voila, gone are the varicose veins. Not so fast! Six months after the ordeal, I went back as my varicose veins are still very much present. Low and behold, after another comprehensive ultrasound that they agreed to not charge me for (believe it or not, I had to insist), I am told that we needed to do it all over again as that's how they could file a claim with my "tricky" health insurance.Had ** ***** been honest from the get go I wouldn't even had agreed to the procedure. His lovely assistant asked me how I'd like to proceed. My answer was straightforward: ** ***** would never again insert a catheter into my veins.

On 5/9/24 I paid $40.00 for the 4th leg injection (Attach 1) from Stride Healthcare. I paid $40.00 for each one of the 4 leg injection procedures I received- 4/18/24, 4/25/24, 5/2/24, 5/9/24. My insurance paid the same amount for all 4 leg injection procedures, and I paid $40.00 for each of the 4 procedures (Attachments 2&3). Stride Healthcare agreed to my ******** health insurance paying its contractual obligation and me paying $40.00 for each leg injection procedure. However, for the last leg injection procedure on 5/9/24, Stride Healthcare credited me with only paying $25.00 instead of the $40.00. I reached out to Stride Healthcare by phone and email and sent them a copy of my receipt for $40.00 dated 5/9/24 (copy sent via email on 7/11/24 and copy sent certified mail on 7/19/24). I paid with credit card. I have not received any further response. On 8/14/24, I received a bill stating I paid $25.00 on 5/9/24 and I owe $15.00 (Attach 4). I have sent them a copy of my 5/9/24 receipt showing I paid $40.00 and not $25.00. No response from Stride Healthcare. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you BBB for your assistance.  Today 9/12/24 I received an email from StrideCare Vascular requesting payment for ***** for the May 9, 2024 injection visit.  StrideCare continues to ignore the proof of payment of $40.00 paid on 5/9/24 which I have submitted to them. StrideCare continues to by unresponsive.  Please, help.
