I am a veteran that's being persecuted on false pretenses by this company trying to make my image look bad. They are trying to do this because they don't want me holding a security clearance. They want to place their people in these positions using the spoils system. The spoils system is illegal. These people are crooks and they obviously do not know what acquisition is.

Over a month ago an aggressive young woman contacted me insisting she was calling from an attorney's office looking for me. No identifying info, When I asked what about she said - I am being served the court papers I was expecting. When I calmly assumed this young woman had the wrong number, she said that I MUST BE HOME TOMORROW for a process server to serve me. My wife asked me to callback, where I had a calmer gentlemen explain he was from a debt agency/law firm and attempted to verify me with the wrong birthdate. He apologized and we both assumed it was a wrong person/same name scenario. Today Aug 2nd - My sister in Fla recieved a call from "NORTHSTAR" looking for me. I also recieved a call from a young lady once again insisting I will be recieving court papers tomorrow on a judgement against me in MIddlesex county. What? When? Why? - no clarification. My wife called back a rude woman told her if I am not calling to make a payment arrangement for the debt a judgement WILL be entered against me. They have claimed to have sent letters to my previous addresses as well as my current address as recently as 45 days ago. I have recieved nothing. I had my lawyer check and there is no judgement against me in middlesex. I am asking for a full verification and accounting of the debt INcluding the JUDGEMENT they claim they have against me sent to my home and this time I want it verified it was sent to me. My email address is also available to be used to send this debt information and a copy of the judgement so that I may properly review and respond. I am also asking for the 3rd time now that they cease and desist their predatory practices via phone and ONLY contact ME via written correspondence. If this continues I will be submitting a claim to *** under the consumer financial protection bureau and allowing my lawyer to *** for every breach of law thus far. I have call logs where I can subpoena their recorded calls to me and family members to verify my claims.

I keep getting calls saying they have my social security number and I'd that I posted online and that I owe 4 ****** from 2019 on a loan I never took. I never received any thing from a household bank that I never heard of and my credit score is good and reports has no collection notices to show and outstanding loans. I'm afraid if they have my I'd license information and social security info from online they will use it illegal. They Were the only ones to know I posted it last week!. They're saying I will be served for nothing. I never took out any loans for anything with good credit! I will make a police report also. Please ask them to stop harrasing me a out having my social security number and driver's license they got offline.Thank you
