  I contacted company to install air lift bags and we agreed on $1,800 price for all. I put down $200 deposit from my debit card. Went to pick up vehicle, forgot my credit card (I had the virtual card) but they would not accept the virtual card. The would not let me leave and pushed me into this Kafene finance company they do shady business with. They charged me (on the spot) $31.39 to sign up for Kafene. I got approved and they let me leave the facility with my vehicle. I get home and have a bill from ****** for $2,038. I already paid $200 deposit so I was to owe $1,600. Kings wheels never told me I was going to be due $2,038 but they would not let me leave the building so I had to sign up for this kafene company. They deceptively charged me to sign up with this company and owe me $200 for my deposit.

  Good Afternoon, yes we sold ******* an air lift kit that we agreed on a price of $1800. That same day he made a $200 payment over the phone and was going to pay the balance of $1600 the day of installment. ******* came in a few days later and dropped off his vehicle, we got it done the same day. When he came back to the store he wanted to pay the remaining balance with a virtual card and numbers off his phone. Unfortunately we don't accept big payments with out a physical card. We gave him different options for the payment, and mention to him he couldn't take the vehicle with him. He explained he didn't have no way of making the payment besides the virtual card. After that we mentioned we offer financing, we explained and went over the procedures and that we were only financing the remaining amount of $1600. The contract was sent to him, and he signed and paid the initial payment of $31. The next morning he reached out to us saying why did Kafene Finance charged him $1832, we then explained again that we only financed the $1600, however the finance company charges taxes and fees to do an early buy out option. We then to look over his contract that he signed. Once we told him to look at the contract he made rude remarks to us. This is our first time receiving this noticed i hope this helps resolve the issue.

  We made a transaction in the amount of ***** Nov 21st 4pm with a **** ending ****. The transaction number is ******. The salesperson/manager we dealt with name is *****. Main note: we had been looking for a wheel and tire package that fits directly without any modification for a 2019 *** 750i Excutive package. So, we went by Kings Wheels and I drove it home that I only want a wheel that fits directly. So we chose several rims that did not fit directly. So after we said, we give up he mysteriously said he can get a wheel that will fit. So he showed us a picture and we liked it and i asked again about the fit and he told me he was sure so we purchased them. Note: it's not an everyday car for my wife so Feb 2nd we noticed a shimmer in the front and had it checked out only to find the passenger side tire had a lump on it. After removing the wheel I hurt something hit the ground it was an adapter. So now the other 3 tires are bad. I called plus txt saying my wife does not feel safe driving with these adapters you put on my car that makes it shake without telling me or being truthful that they will require adapters and then I had a choice to make. He told my wife and me we will be wasting our time and hung up on me and insulted my wife. I'm reaching out to you guys to help resolve the major issues.
