  I do not know the address of this comopany. I tried to find it and cannot...I hired ****** (the owner) with ASI Concrete to come in and repair the flex base driveway with additional flex base and regrading. He was paid $500.00 cash and a check for $2000,00 He told me to water it and drive my car over it to flatten it. When I did, my tires sank. I told him and he said he would come out. NOT. He said when it would rain, run my car over it and again it would flatten out. NOT. I have a string of emails since this time and he finds one excuse after another and still has not come back to repair this. The pictures will show the issues I am having and they are getting worse. I wrote a ****** review and he said he was sorry I felt this way and promised (again) he would fix it. This is March. Almost one year later. I don't think I am out of line to be upset. He said he would be out this past Mon., Feb 26 and I was home all day and he was again a no show. I do have the documentation in the string of emails.

  On March 6, ****** with ASI sent a text stating he was going to come before the rain, but since I filed 2 complaints, he wanted to know if he should still come.  I said yes, I want/need this done.  I said I didn't file 2, one 1.  His response was 1 with the BBB and a 2 rating on Google.  He said his guys took pride in the work they do and never had a 2 rating.  I said, your guys didn't do the work.  You said you did it !.  I said I would be happy to increase it if the work was done.    Later that day, he said he just re-worked and regraded it with a heavy He asked how it looked but I told him I was at work and would let him know.  When I got home on the 6th, the tracks looked as if they were from a big truck.  He said  tracks I saw were NOT truck tires , but from a heavy machine they used for compacting. On March 7, I asked if he would be back the next week to pack it down again once it rained.  He said yes,  .  The pictures above are what I came home to.  I have all the text messages from the start of this project.

  Since my last submission, I have not heard from ******, owner of ASI Concrete.  The above picture is from todays rain  4-8-9-2024.  Has he ever responded to you?   I have not heard from him since March 12.  Text messages above.  Can you please contact me and let me know what to do next.  I don't remember ever filing a complaint.   Thank yuo  ******************* ************.   ***************
