  Dates of transaction 03/30, I wanted a service then decided I no longer wanted to continue. Ive reviewed the site and it didnt state that refunds werent non-refundable. She didnt add it until after I requested it. I have full proof with time stamps as well.

  COMPLAINT ID : ******** Good morning, my name is ******************* the owner of The Body Bar. I recently received a complaint but was not able to respond because the system is not letting me click proceed after so it wont send to you. Below is my response to the complaint: Its 2023, everyone knows all deposits are non - refundable. This was only a $20 deposit made towards the service that she booked through my website. I actually had been messaging her since 2 years before she actually scheduled her appointment through my website & she still decided to cancel & ask for her refund. It takes time & effort to respond to clients also so I do not return deposits but I did offer to reschedule her appointment which she denied anyway so it was obviously she had been wasting my time for 2 years. I actually had to file a police report against her since she visited my shop 3 times harassing me for the $20 which also included breaking down my door, causing damage to my lock & physically assaulting me.

  I am rejecting this response because: That is false information. Not two years. Maybe some on and off communication. Yes. She lied and changed her website. I have proof but I wont let me attach it. I file a complaint first and I dropped it because I wanted GOD to handle it. She assaulted me first. She threw the first hit and I was defending myself. She changed her website saying deposits are non-refundable which that was not originally on her site. I would love to talk it out with her. All I want is an explanation. And be done with this so we can both move on.

  I dont need to keep communicating about this issue, the Dallas ** is already on the case. 
  like I said before,wasting my time since 2021. A $20 issue became more personal to you. You spent more money on gas coming ***************** 3 times to my shop to cause ISSUES as shown on my camera footage. 

  The definition of a deposit on ****** : 2. 
  a sum payable as a first installment on the purchase of something or as a pledge for a contract, the balance being payable later.

  Similar to a down payment.

  As I mentioned 2 years no, on and off yes , I was not messaging her for 2 years straight. Regardless if I booked and changed my mind as a business women you should expect that and answer the questions your client has. As mentioned Im fine with talking it out she can always message me on instagram, Im totally fine with that, i Honestly dont care for the situation and want us both to move on peacefully, honestly speaking
