    I purchased a vehicle from Adonis Auto, and a 1 1/2 year after having the vehicle it started making a noise and shut off on me while driving on the freeway(very dangerous). I had the vehicle towed to the repair shop, and they told me that I needed a new engine which was suppose to be covered under my warranty I had, but yet they charged me almost $10,000 for the engine, So here It is two years later with the same issue. Come to find out, it was the manifold runner performance that went out which only cost $100 up to $300 for the part and plus the labor cost to put it in. This is why they say after big repairs that we can only bring our cars back to them for any repairs or your so called warranty will be void (becasue they know they're lying). So Adonis lied and did not replace my engine with a new one, got their money from me, and then sold my account to apoyo financial, which in turn sold it to Tricolor. This is absolutely wrong, and they need to be, investigated, Sued, and put out of business for lying and over charging they customers for repairs that they didn't even do, and that even needed to be done.

    I went to Adonis Auto which they have changed there name to Simple Auto to get a vehicle on 10/4/24. I put $1200 down and my payments are every two weeks for $295. They priced this 2013 for $23,000. A week and a few days of me having the car my check engine light comes in and the truck is making a lot of noises! I went to ******** and called my mechanic! They instantly stated I needed a new engine and oil pump and many other issues. I made an appointment to take my truck in. Well as of today 11/7/24, no repairs have been made. My truck has been there for almost 3 weeks. They have not made any accommodations, such as a loaner car, or work with me with my car note! At this point I want my down payment back because they sold me a lemon.

    This company purchased my auto loan account this year. Since then, I've had nothing but issues with getting any kind of timely response or service from them. The issue at hand is they require my insurance and have instructed me to fax it or email it to their company. I have done this multiple times, and yet they have threatened to place their own insurance on my car payment if I do not provide proof.I have emailed them multiple times and practically begged for them to confirm receipt, the same with faxing them this information. They have never contacted me. Now, they have erroneously placed insurance on my car payments even though I have provided proof of insurance multiple times. Now I am filing a complaint with the BBB and seeking legal recourse with a lawyer, as the company still does not want to respond to any of my communications or get me in touch with the person who handles my account.Account Info Name: **** ****** Vehicle: 2013 **** Fiesta, *****************

    I have tried to contact this business again and the result is still the same. I called their insurance team again and was patched through to *******, when I told her the same thing was happening, she told me that she does not handle my account, but some unnamed woman at *** handles my account. Never in the correspondence between myself and *****, or myself and Adonis, was I ever told about ***. I did not receive any paperwork or documentation saying that they would be handling my account, and still have not received an answer as to who actually is in charge of that account.

    The dealership lies to me when I asked them was this a buy here pay here plan and the employee who helped me with car told me that it wasn't that type of dealership until one day I called customer service after my car was shut off with any knowledge to what was happening and she responded and told me in fact they were a buy here dealership. They scammed me. Maybe because I'm a woman.

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Ive been a customer for ****** now and oh my second vehicle! First vehicle got mechanical trade out so I have the car I have now! I shouldve just walked away from the trade out but I needed a car! My current car has been overheating since purchasing, check engine light, airbag light on! Been having to get the car fixed every two weeks and Im tired of wasting money! Called to see if I can upgrade but I have to have this current car for 36 months even tho Ive had a previous car no late payments with them, youd think that would show them my loyalty but no! Warranty doesnt cover anything but transmission really! Im at the point where I just give up and will not keep wasting my hard earned money on this car anymore! Also mention the fact that my car was KBB priced at ***** but theyre charging me 15k for a car that doesnt operate properly or safely! Seen many other complaints of the same nature! Theyre a lemon car business

    I received an email alert stating that adonis reported I haven't made a payment on my tahoe. When they transferred my account to apoyo over a year ago. My tahoe was paid off in May 2024 by my insurance due to it being classified as a total loss due to flood damage. I called the guy I spoke to said it wasn't us it was apoyo that did that. As you can see by attacking it clearly states adonis I also attached where apoyo sent me a receipt showing it's been paid off.

    I sent a email to all big bosses back in march of 2024 in regards to my experience and my car troubles. I didnt get no response back. They kept my car for almost the entire month of April I didnt have a way back and for to work. After they informed my during purchasing that if I had they insurance on the car I can get a rental through them if they repair department has the vehicle. So after getting my car back at the end of April after they informed me that my car was fixed and wont have any problems. Now Im having car problems again and I have been reaching out for three days now and got hung up on and no answer in regards to my vehicle. Im emailing because of how frustrated and upset I am. How the representatives thats under your establishment handle me as a minority woman. How this entire experience is supposed to be an enjoyable experience for me and it has been nothing be exhausting, draining, overwhelming, heartbreaking, and nothing but headaches. My transportation is my means to get back and forward to work. For me to be able to ensure my sickly children get the proper care they need and lately I havent been able to do none of that. This has been an horrible experience

    car that was sold to me was not A good core they told me a With a lot of Problems that I had to fix by myself through the company. They would give me parts saying it was good later found out. They were all bad. They were not work with me on anything.
