i ordered dog food from chewy it shipped it arrived and that night they said it was delayed due to weather and so i called chewy filed a complaint and then it was out for delivery and back at wearhouse again a lie due to weather unable to deliver 5 days they had my food at fedex all because i filed a complaint A lot of times the packages were damaged so bad. the dog food was open or treats were crushed out of about 24 months. this probably happened close to 16 or 17 times I called chewy had them refund my money and I now have quit ordering through chewy because of FedEx I am not one to just complain. I had had enough of FedEx delivering to the wrong house at my house. we got five different times of packages being delivered to the wrong place. I had to do their jobReview from Jose O

FEDEX did not delivered my package, even though they said in their website that they did, and I have video and pictures to prove it. This people are a joke and a fraud.Review from Jeff W

A package was sent to me by Spectrum with a phone that I did not order. When I found out it was coming I called Spectrum to cancel it. It didn't get canceled...A delivery was attempted on 12/05 and door tag DT1067 **** **** was left. Federal Express will not let me refuse the shipment because I am the shipper.1 -- Their telephone AI actually hung up on me the first time I asked for a customer service person 2 -- Their telephone AI is mostly useless, every time I called it wanted to tell me the status of the order I was trying to refuse.3 -- I talked to two different Federal Express Employees and both told me that it was company policy to not allow the recipient of the package to refuse the package. Only the shipper can do that.Isn't that the stupidest thing you've ever heard?
