    I saw an ad on ******** for an e-bike and paid for one. I didnt receive it and I email the company and they said my package was being held at customs in ****** and they told me they would resend me a new bike. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they would have to charge me like $100 for the refund and I said no so they resent me the bike. I waited until July 19th and I checked the tracking and it said it had arrived at my post office and I went and the employees said it didnt arrive. Im suspicious of this company and I also read that people had already made complaints before and I think this company is a scam. This is the tracking page where I check the tracking of the package: ******************************* and this is the real company that I ordered from: ********************. And this is the link to the order detail from the website on the pdf i uploaded: ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I dont think Global Express or Klamee is a real company.

    I ordered a bunk bed for my daughters, it took nearly two months for it to show in tracking as being held in ******* then it got shipped back due to some kind of error. I immediately complained as I had already waited two months- they "reshipped" the beds, I watched tracking for another two months and it finally shows delivered- but there was no package delivered so I emailed again, they said it was with there oregon city courier and it would be delivered in 2-3 days. 3 days later, still no package, so I emailed again. Next day I get a notification that it's delivered and signed for- but I was home all day and there was no delivery and it was not signed for by me. I let them know this. They now say they have an "investigation" open into the package- I've been emailing the supplier of the bed who has also been talking with the shipping company and they are getting the same responses. It's been five months, I've asked for a refund several times and told them I no longer wish to wait on their company to figure it out after 2 failed attempts and 5 months of time already. I want my money back so I can get my daughters beds through more reputable people at this point. They haven't yet refunded me. I still have no beds, no package, and no proof of said "delivery and signing" (becuase there was no delivery and I never signed anything). So I want my money back.

    A package is being held HOSTAGE and Global is demanding $1000.00 to deliver.I paid $600 for order then told delivery fees of $100, then $300 and another $500.Global refuses to deliver unless I pay ****** of $1000.00 They are asking for more than package is worth.I do not know location of my package or if it even exists.Global says they get to keep my package if I do not pay ******.CRIMINALS!!!!

    i order a lift and told that it was being delivered and it never came and was sent back cause of customs and now they are saying that it was delivered and i signed for it and that never happened
