    Wish I had never walked their doors. People dont have all day to spend at the dentist because they want to treat multiple patients at the same time.

    THIS PLACE HAS TOO K SO MUCH MONEY FROM AND NOT HELP ME IN A PREVENTATIVE WAY BUT TAKE MY MONEY PULLED TWO TEETH LIED TO ME AND SAID I NEEDED IT .BEEN GETTING MY 6 MONTHS CHECKS AND ALL OF SUDDEN I NEED ROOT CANALS, CROWNS, HOW YOU SKIP OVER CAVITIES.THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS TAKING ADVANTAGED.LAWSUIT IS NEEDED.

    At Jefferson Dental in NRH, I received five small fillings on my left side and a deep cleaning. The cleaning was satisfactory, however, the filling procedure was significantly prolonged due to the dentist's simultaneous treatment of multiple patients, requiring repeated anesthetic administrations. Post-procedure, I experienced substantial pain in a treated tooth, hindering my ability to eat on that side. A subsequent visit revealed the original dentist's departure from the practice. A different dentist examined me and suggested a possible fracture during the filling, necessitating a root canal or extraction. A second opinion confirmed the fracture and the need for a root canal or extraction; I chose the root canal. Furthermore, I have yet to receive a refund for services not rendered, despite multiple calls and an in-person visit to request the refund. Mind you this ALL happened January 2024.

    This place should be closed immediately......I chose to go here because my insurance suggested it. I went in for my annual cleaning and not only did they not clean my teeth they took xrays of my mouth told me what they suggested and sent me a bill for ****** dated Sept of 2023 and my visit was October of 2024....WTH ? I ask for a detailed explanation and haven't received anything but another bill.....very scary place ??

    DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, My son had dental work done, to help him out I said that I would make his payments. I made it clear that I did not want my name on the paperwork. I will help him make payments with my HSA card that was about to expire. Tell me why these people called asking me about a payment for my ADULT son dental work. I told them I had nothing to do with his payments after my HSA card expired, this was temporary help from me. To make a log story short they took my signature from my personal file ( I was a former patient) or they used the signature from me signing the receipt. Why am I responsible for dental work on my ADULT son? I NEVER signed a contract!!!

    Ive been a patient at the ************************************* location in *****, **, for two years now, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Scheduling appointments with the ortho management team has been a nightmare. They frequently reschedule appointments at the last minute, making it incredibly difficult to plan around my work and personal ******* make matters worse, Ive seen 3-4 different orthodontists during this time, which is highly unprofessional. Its hard to build trust or feel like Im getting consistent care when Im constantly shuffled between different providers. This inconsistency, combined with poor communication, makes me question whether this location is being managed properly.Honestly, the way theyve handled my case makes me want to contact the state board. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable orthodontic care. Its been nothing but a headache.Then reply with a number not in service.

    Bad service Every time rescheduling They have changed my doctor 3 times For a minute late reschedule again and when be on time see you an hour later Im almost two years with braces and have not seen results.

    I had $7,300 worth of dental work and paid cash after each visit. I received a bill for $100 and they could not explain where it came from. They sent it to collection, and I paid it because of the frustration. I have perfect credit and always pay my bills. I have dental insurance now and went in for a cleaning of May 2024. I paid cash because it was my 3rd cleaning of the year. In September I received a bill for $150. Once again, they cannot tell me what it is for, just same excuse. In October I received another bill for $330. It has increased and they still cannot tell me why? Now BILLING IS TREATNING COLLECTION, and I don't owe them any money and they keep making excuses how it's my fault or insurances. I cannot get them to help. I think they are bilking customers and committing fraud.***** ********* acct# ********

    I think Jefferson Dental needs to be put completely out of business I would think a year and a half as long enough to fix a set of teeth even if they had to use a different company to make them because they don't know how they will steal your money you will not get any teeth do not go to Jefferson Dental

    Very slow dissatified and disappointed with staff, procedure and refund; From the staff in the office to the billing department! I almost want to walk-out a few times. It's been 2 months since they tried to finalize the procedure, but I had to be back again for another procedure; per lab they needed another impression. The refund was supposed to have been processed since June 11th,2024, but it's been more than 60 days and they kept sending text messages whenever they feel like it to let me know that they have sent an email to the billing ***** and someone will give me a call when they can to give me the status! Until now 8/14/2024, still NO refund, no one to talk to directly and they kept passing me to try and call the number for the billing **** which again did not resolve any concerns nor refund update for my account! Disappointed customer, A.I.
