    They completely destroyed $600 worth of clothing, I tried to file a complaint with the manager and she told me she couldn't refund me for the service without the owner taking a look at the items. She also mentioned if they gave me money back they keep the clothes. I didn't get any money back for the damage they caused. I paid $200+ to have them ruin my items.

    ****** G*** failed customer service 101.

    I was unsatisfied with 2 of my 4 items. I was happy to pay for completed work, but they were trying to charge me for services I hadn't requested on items that were still incomplete.

    I stated that I wanted to pay for the complete items but take the other two elsewhere. I stated that I wasn't comfortable signing away their liability for them to take them back and "try again". I wanted to go elsewhere.

    After this he gave me an ultimatum, said I was the problem and that I clearly was looking for a fight, spoke over me multiple times, didn't answer my questions, wasn't willing to come to an understanding, much less agreement, and used predatory language with me.

    He threaten me by saying if I walked out the door without paying for the whole ticket that I would really regret it. I asked what he meant by that and he said "I'm not going to tell you."

    When I asked where his customer service was, as I was a unsatisfied, and now scared customer, or why he couldn't honor the $40 balance on what I considered to be an unfinished job, he was quick to berate me, told me I was the problem, used disrespectful, condescending language, and said if I didn't comply with the options he gave me that I would find out the hard way.

    Upset, stunned, and scared I paid the full ticket price and left. I will now find another dry cleaner to complete the work that doesn't rest their laurels on time spent in the industry rather than complete, effective work, and active, understanding customer service.

    Ms. **** was a first time Avon Cleaners customer. She brought in several garments with stains. She did not want to pay for the one garment that the stain was not removed. Avon Cleaners offered to "Redo" that garment at no charge, but she declined that offer. Avon Cleaners did not put the stain on the garment and there is no "guarantee" that all stains can be removed. Stacy G*** was not disrespectful - just adamant that Avon didn't put the stain on the garment and payment was required and that we would "redo" no charge. Also, Ms. **** was very rude to our CSA person.
