This law firm especially ****** ****** are liars! He takes $7,000 from you and you NEVER hear from him again he absolutely disappears. He's rude, disrespectful, nasty, and very smug.I reached out to *** Wiley P.C. Law Firm to help pursuit with resolving a discrimination and retaliation case against my former employer. Despite an initial investment of a $7,000 retainer for efforts to obtain private mediation with my employer, my interactions with the firm (for 1 year) were marked by minimal engagement and a lack of communication. I initially presented my case to, ******* ******. Who claimed he would help, but Unfortunately, after signing the contract, the handling of my case went to *****, to whom predominantly handled my case. You can tell she was doing a drive by reading of my case because I had to continuously correct her on the facts.I raised these communications concerns with ******* & a meeting was called. The firm verbally addressed my concerns, but the promises made during a group meeting with the Deontae yielded no improvements and he disappeared again.Overall, my experience with ******* ************** and the *** Wiley P.C. Law Firm has been deeply disappointing. My frustration stems from what felt like a lack of effort, an unwillingness to fully grasp the complexities of my case, and a disconnect between the service provided and the value of the retainer fee.Additionally, I felt that ******* nor ***** did not explore all possible legal avenues to challenge the employer as thoroughly as one would expect from an attorney prioritizing their client's best interests. They literally didnt know anything about my ex employer having an arbitration agreement until we were sitting in mediation room! ***** didn't ask to see the sign arbitration or anything. These cases matter deeply, and we seek representation that truly advocates for our voice to be heard. They won't refund my $7,000 to find new counsel they took money from me and sat on my case for a year!

THEY CONTINUED TO CALL MAKING ME BELIEVE THAT I HAD A CASE SINCE THEY WERE IN A HURRY TO BOOK A CONSULTATION. ONCE I WAS ABLE TO PAY, THEY RUSHED TO GET ME A CONSULTATION ****. WHEN IT CAME **** FOR THE CONSULT THE ***** CALL WAS 5 MINUTES LONG AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, THE LAWYER SAID THAT IN ***** EMPLOYEES HAVE NO RIGHTS AND EMPLOYERS CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. THAT WAS THE END OF THE CALL.

We charge $250 for an initial consult with an attorney.  We do not discuss a case at all before the person meets with an attorney, the person can only speak with a receptionist.  Unfortunately, more often than not, ***** laws are not in favor of the employee.  We only represent employees.

I have asked my front desk to refund your consult fee if it has not been refunded already.
