These guys are the real deal. It's hard finding people who want to do pier and beam work who are reputable and these guys went over and beyond in getting the work done. Very reasonable as well in what they charge and they put in the hard work to get it done. Definitely worth every ***** that I spent!

On time and very efficient. They came quickly to check my house and by same day we set up an appointment. Had another company before do the same but they didn't bother to check like Cortez Foundation did. All staff were friendly and honest. answered all questions and kept us updated. finished in 2 days.
