I placed and paid $153 for items on 9/6/2024. After 2 weeks of no product and no shipping updates on the app I emailed the support email address with no response for almost 8 days. When they finally did respond to rectify the situation they informed me that a product I ordered was out and they would replace it and get my order out ASAP. That was 9/25. I got an email with new tracking info on 9/27 (21 days after my original purchase. Now that package hasnt been received and the tracking info provided does not work. I emailed customer support AGAIN and still have yet to receive my product or response. There is no number to call and I dont believe they actually check their support email line. I just want a refund on the products that still havent shipped yet in a months time.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on September 13, 2024 for the bundle - Shredding Stack. Since September 19, 2024 we have been corresponding through email. EHPLabs said my items were never ship due to one of the products (protein) flavor being out of stock. They asked me to pick a new flavor, canceled my entire order EHP1084383, created order EHP1089357 for the new flavor protein and EHP1089555 for the remaining items I ordered. Said they would be shipped within ***** hrs. Items still did not ship. I was sent a tracking number for order EHP1089555 - the tracking label was created September 25, 2024 but shows *** has still not received the items from EHPLabs to be shipped and no tracking number for order EHP1089357. I then emailed again on September 26, 2024 asking for a refund because this has gotten ridiculous with no response still. I would like my complete products from the bundle I ordered and paid for but if they are not willing to be truthful drop ALL my products off to be shipped, I want a full refund. On 8/21/24 I placed an order for Crea-8 Creatine Monohydrate. I received an email the same day stating my order was received and that I would be receiving another email in 1-2 days about the order being dispatched. I then received the email attached below which looked like a template that had not been filled out. It said my order will be shipped to (shipping address 1) (shipping address 2) and that the items in my order are (# products) (product name). There was no real information in the email about my actual order. I followed up on this by sending an email on 8/25/24 to ********************************** and received a reply from "Siena" stating my order was received and all my contact information was correct but that there was no update on any shipping information. On 8/26/24 I received another email from "Siena" stating my order would be escalated to the team for further assistance. Throughout this whole process I have been looking for an actual phone number to reach a real person but haven't found one. There is no live chat option or any other way to get in contact with ******** other than the email address I already emailed. I sent one last email on 8/28/24 asking for a customer service number to call to speak with a live person. It seems like I've been scammed. I went onto their website and logged in and cancelled my subscription. I then emailed the same email again asking to cancel the order I placed and asking for a full refund. I hope someone gets in contact with me soon because something does not feel right about all this. Lastly, I send a direct message on 8/27/24 through Instagram to EHPlabs asking for assistance as well. Have not heard back anything yet.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with EHPlabs on August 2, 2024, for the amount of $98.70. The order was returned to the sender due to an issue with the address provided. I attempted to contact EHPlabs to resolve this issue and request a refund or redelivery, but I did not receive any response from their customer service team. I made a purchase #EHP1061353 on 07/29/2024 and have no direct answer from ******** regarding direct tracking on my order, whereabouts or ETA. I have contacted them daily and weekly and no one is responding. *** requested a status update and refund several times and I get no response via email or live chat. This company has been continuously charging me for a product in form of a subscription that I no longer want. However, the account was under a student email address, and I no longer have access to that email. I've been trying to reach out the company for some time now (approximately 2 months) and the screenshot below is the most recent inquiry which I have sent out to the company. They are essentially holding my account and my subscription with them hostage. I will have no other recourse other than to cancel my current credit card and be issued a new one. Please attempt to reach out to a customer service representative and you will see how impossible that task is. I simply wish for this to be remedied so that others aren't put in the same position as this company has more than a fair share of negative reviews.Business response

We're happy to assist as soon as we're able to match the contact details & email address provided to a subscription order.
Email addresses act as user names & there is no need to access an old email account to manage an ********************** account.
All that is required is the user name (email address) and the password.
We'll reach out to customer again via their current email address.

I have several emails and I felt that it was still in the warranty. I explained to them that I called Amazon and they told me to reach out to the manufacturer because it hadnt expired. I was willing to at least get one container because I brought two and they did the same thing. My ***** said hers did the same thing. The reason I am up set about it is I was told to send pictures to them and after I did they were not able to do anything after all. The smell was horrible. I end up throwing it out. I think they should be held accountable.Customer response

I placed an order November 21, 2023 for the OxyShred Twin Pack Bundle and it came with EHP Electric Shaker for free. I received the shaker on November 28, 2023 but still no OxyShred to this date January 31, ****. Initially, I reached out December 13, 2023 when I was told a team leader would reach out. No one ever did so I reached out again January 2, ****. On January 7, ****, I was told a new order was placed for me with small gifts included to thank me for my patience. On January 25, ****, I reached out again as my order never shipped and I still have not received a response to this day. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication from this company. It is unbelievable that Im waiting 3 months for my order.Business response

The customer reached out as they advised and we organised a replacement order with extra goodies.
The replacement Order EHP940778 was shipped and is showing as delivered. Please see attached the Order confirmation (showing the complimentary replacement and gifted items shipped), the delivery tracking confirmations that the order was delivered and the tracking link here for you to access - ***************************************************.
The customer advised that they have reached out again and not had a response, however we cannot find any additional communication. On searching our portal, the last communication we received from the customer was 11th January ****, thanking us for organising the replacement which I have attached. Please let us know if the communication was sent via an alternate email or different communication form and we will follow this up promptly. We do not want the customer to feel we are not responding to them, as that is not our intention at all and we are sorry if we have missed any further communication from them.
The shipping of the replacement order may have taken time to get to the customer, which we understand can be frustrating. Unfortunately, once orders leave our warehouse the shipping timeframe is out of our control.
We did all we could to help and resolve this for the customer when they reached out and are disheartened to hear of the complaint, when the last interaction we have on record with the customer was that they were happy with the resolution of a replacement being shipped.
Please let us know if there's anything else you need.

On December 12, 2023 I placed an order with EHlabs for a Weight Loss Beginner Bundle for $96.90. The order# is EHP925636. I have not received my order as of today 1/2/2024. I have sent three emails requesting a status with no response. The third email I sent to an email address found on Tiktok but returned undeliverable. I have also sent a message via the business Instagram account but no response yet. This company I found out about on Instagram and they continue to post daily content on social media yet does not respond to customers who've paid for their products. I paid for products but I still have nothing. They have stolen my money.Business response

Order EHPUK130012 I placed a bundle order on 26th November 2023 with my items coming to a total of ***** After continuing to check on the tracking for order dates 4 days after the order was placed i sent an email to customer Support requesting an update with regards to when this was going to be dispatched. This order was placed for my partner and his birthday and i needed it by a specific date which i had ordered with more than enougg time for this to arrive according to their standard shipping! After my first email not one member of their so called customer service team has replied in one week. I have sent three emails. Two messages on their customer service chat on their website and a message via instgram. Its honestly appalling how you can take peoples money and not have the decency to update them regarding the product that has been paid for. I want an answer as to where my products are and when they will be arriving. If they will not he arriving on time then you can keep your products and issue me with a refund and i certainly will not be returning.Do not create sales and discounts codes if your company cannot handle the demand!
