Date of transaction is 8 September 2022. ABC Metal Works confirmed to installation of metal patio bar on my house and stated that they needed half of the monies up front to purchase the metals etc. I wrote a check to ABC Metal Works in the amount of $425.00. After repeated excuses and cancellations, as of last week - they stopped taking my calls and stopped responding to text messages. No one has contacted me since that last text on 11/16/2022. Bill Crouch is the owner and person who committed to installing my door. The location stated on the invoice is 930 W. Jefferson Blvd, #120, Dallas Texas 75208 (214)948-5500. I am at a loss with this kind of behavior and would like to get my deposit back and note this company as a fraud. The check with cashed thru Chase Bank but I could not get a location of the bank.
