    I initially started working with Leinart law in July. I have had to send multiple voicemails, text and emails. The day I went to file They only gave me (3) days to make a payment which I said had the time I was not going to have. He said he would make a note that I was expecting more income. I got a dismissal letter on the 30th of August. I have been contacting the law firm since August 15th. I let them know I didnt have a pay card and had not received it. I sent five text to the text number and no response. I called and emailed and Kept getting forwarded to Benjamins voicemail. Still with no callback since I filed the paper work. I called today and they said they had a couple of weeks where no one answers the phone because they changed paralegals. So now I cant get an extension or any type of resolution and risking a dismissal because of their lack of communication . I want a refund or they need to allow Time for me to make the first payment

    I have been told conflicting information several times. No one told me my case was dismissed. I have text that have gone unanswered for several days and have called the law firm with rarely a returned call for a resolution. The trustees office advised on a recorded call , that they are not surprised that I have not received a returned call form this law firm. I have been told this more than once by the trustees office. They took my money and did not do their job now Im at risk and Im going to look into making them responsible for the past due owed on the vehicle while they were supposed to be properly handling my case I never got the pay card to make a payment and no one told me I could pay by phone until I spoke to the trustee office today. This law firm should be disbarred. They take peoples money and dont do the work and try to lie on here . I have text proof where I have sent things multiple times to them and where my messages went unanswered for days. And I tried calling and emailing . Was told by the front desk which Im sure is also recorded if they dont try to delete the recorded call, but I have the dates I called and was told that they didnt have a receptionist to answer the phone for almost two weeks. This is unacceptable and I want my money back!

    The client signed a document acknowledging that her first bankruptcy payment was due 30 days after the case was filed.   The day that she came in to sign the full paperwork doesnt change the due date of the first payment.   ********** emailed and texted her the moneygram payment information, so we dont know why she continues to say she never received it.   (it is not a physical card)   The court has now dismissed the case for non-payment, so there are no extensions available unless she wants to catch up on the payments and try to reinstate the case.

    They refused to Honor a sign legal court agreement. They aslo said in email they would pay the truck . No payments from Oct 23 till March 24 on it . They said $250 each month was going towards the ******

    Early on in the case his wifes vehicle was set up as to be paid though the chap 13 case.   Once it was discovered that only his non-filing wife was the only one on that vehicle loan, that was eventually taken out of the chapter 13 plan as something to be paid (because it was not his debt, it was hers, although he listed it as his debt in his bankruptcy paperwork) and he was informed of this.   They didnt start making payments themselves on that vehicle, so now it has been repossessed and he blames us.

    I have paid $435.00 to the law firm and $1,250.00 to the trustee that was not handled properly by Leinart Law Firm. This firms handling of our case was unprofessional to say the least. No one answers the questions the same, and NOTHING has been achieved since paying out these funds to this firm. While I understand if all may not be refunded, I feel that Leinart should reimburse for this because of their poor and improper handling of my case.

    *************** - Everyone in our office has bent over backwards to explain the process to you and answer every question you have had in a timely manner.  I'm sorry that none of the multiple staff that you have spoken with have met your expectations, however we pride ourselves on our customer service and I feel strongly that we have gone out of our way to accommodate your requests and put your case on the best path forward.  As far as a refund goes, your case is 100% on track to be successful and none of the funds you have paid so far have gone to our law firm.  The filing fee was paid to the court and third parties to file your case, which is in good standing.  The trustee payment that was paid to the trustee is a plan payment that will be dispersed to your creditors per the plan presented to the court.  Everything is on track with the case so therefore there is not only a need for a refund, but no refund to be provided as no attorneys fees have been paid to Leinart Law Firm despite the considerable time and effort we have put into your case so far.

    I am rejecting this response because:   No one had "bent over backwards to do anything". Unfortunately we were still left confused until we were forced to find different counsel. Instead of the owner caring about his clients as he claimed he sent 17 emails back and forth with me and NEVER addressed what he was asked. He was more worried about the reviews than he was with answering SIMPLE questions. We asked for a call and instead of calling he continues to email saying how confused he is. Since our case was transferred I'll drop the refund request but that response was totally unacceptable and they know it because I have the correspondence to prove it.

    The owner of the law firm spent considerable time and energy attempting to assuage any fears this client had. He did actually leave a voicemail for the husband, as requested, in addition to numerous detailed email conversations. This request was in regards to a refund, and we have explained why there is no possibility of a refund (since no payments came to us, only to the court and the trustee, despite considerable work done by the law firm).  Since the complaint was in regards to a refund and that has been addressed, this matter should be closed by the BBB.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution.

    While no refund is being requested the law firm is not being honest by attempting to say that they have emails addressing issues because I have approx 20 that showed that they in fact did not.
